Living Room and Kitchen
The living room features a comfortable queen-size sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare your meals, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and pod coffee machine, raclette grill, kettle, toaster, and more. You will also find a Smart TV to relax, stay updated with the news, or "cast" your favorite programs. You can also enjoy a small balcony.
Bedrooms
In addition to the sofa bed, the apartment includes one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second sleeping area with four bunk beds suitable for adults (French-style bedding), providing a total capacity of eight beds.
Bathrooms
The apartment boasts two modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, sink, and separate toilets. For added convenience, hairdryers and towels are provided.
Additional Amenities
The apartment features high-speed Wi-Fi for fast and free internet access. We also provide baby equipment, including a travel cot and high chair, ensuring comfort for the entire family. Board games are available to liven up your evenings.
Extra Services
A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer makes it easy to manage your laundry during your stay. The ground floor includes storage for ski equipment.
Location
The apartment is ideally situated just a 3-minute drive from the Orelle ski lifts (with free parking), providing access to the 3 Valleys, the world's largest ski area with 600 km of slopes and 200 ski lifts (Courchevel, Méribel, Brides-les-Bains, Les Menuires, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, Val Thorens, and Orelle). In less than 20 minutes, ultra-modern gondolas take you to the summit of Val Thorens at over 3,200 meters altitude!
The apartment is also close to other Maurienne Valley resorts, such as Valmeinier (20 minutes), Valloire (30 minutes), Les Karellis (30 minutes), Val Cenis (40 minutes), and more! Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, just 20 minutes by car, offers numerous amenities and local attractions: supermarkets with gas stations, banks, railway and bus stations, cinemas, cheese shops, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, dentists, and various shops.
Access
Located in the Maurienne Valley, the apartment benefits from smoother traffic flow compared to the Tarentaise Valley during peak travel times. Orelle, a small family-friendly resort, ensures quality snow clearing throughout the winter. The apartment is just 5 minutes from the highway exit and 1 hour 45 minutes from Lyon and Geneva airports and TGV stations. You’ll avoid winding mountain roads and traffic jams, with free parking available.
Important Information
- Need to accommodate more people? No problem, we can book you into the "Lodge," with 1, 2, 3, 4, and up to 7 apartments, offering a total of 44 beds. Just ask us!
- Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels) is included in the booking.
- A security deposit of €500 may be requested via Swikly, a reliable and secure online guarantee system. No amount is debited from your bank card, and your card's limit is not affected.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Check-ins and check-outs are on Saturdays (check-in from 4 PM, check-out by 9 AM). Adjustments to these times can be made upon request, subject to availability.
- The apartment may be challenging to access for people with reduced mobility (presence of stairs, apartment on the second floor).
