Living Room and Kitchen:
The living room is furnished with a comfortable queen-size sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, pod coffee machine, raclette grill, kettle, toaster, and more. You will also find a Smart TV to relax, stay updated with the news, or "cast" your favorite programs. You can also enjoy a small balcony.
Bedroom:
In addition to the sofa bed, the apartment features a sleeping area with four bunk beds suitable for adults (French bedding), accommodating a total of six people.
Bathroom:
The newly renovated bathroom includes a shower, sink, and separate toilet. A hairdryer is provided, and towels are included for your convenience.
Other Amenities:
The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for quick and free internet access. We also provide all the essentials for little ones, including a travel cot and high chair, ensuring the whole family feels at home. Board games are available to liven up your evenings.

A communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer makes it easy to handle your laundry during your stay. On the ground floor, you’ll find dedicated storage space for your ski equipment.
Location:
The apartment is conveniently located just a 3-minute drive from the Orelle ski lifts (with ample free parking), providing access to the 3 Valleys ski area—the largest in the world, boasting 600 km of slopes and 200 ski lifts (Courchevel, Méribel, Brides-les-Bains, Les Menuires, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, Val Thorens, and Orelle). In less than 20 minutes, ultra-modern gondolas will take you to the summit of Val Thorens, over 3,200 meters high!
The accommodation is also close to other Maurienne resorts, such as Valmeinier (20 min), Valloire (30 min), Les Karellis (30 min), Val Cenis (40 min), and many more! Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne is only a 20-minute drive away, offering a variety of amenities and local attractions: supermarkets with gas stations, banks, train and bus stations, cinemas, cheese shops, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, dentists, and diverse boutiques.
Access:
Located in the Maurienne Valley, the apartment benefits from smoother access than the Tarentaise Valley during peak travel times. Orelle, a small family-friendly resort, ensures excellent snow clearance throughout the winter. The apartment is just 5 minutes from the highway exit, 1 hour 45 minutes from the airports and TGV stations of Lyon and Geneva. You’ll avoid mountain roads and traffic jams, with free parking available.
Important Information:
- Need to accommodate more people? No problem, we can book you into the "Lodge," with 1, 2, 3, 4, and up to 7 apartments, offering a total of 44 beds. Just ask us!
- Bed linens (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels) are included in your reservation.
- A security deposit of €500 will be requested via Swikly, a reliable and secure online guarantee system. No amount is debited from your bank card, and your card's limit is not affected.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation (for an additional charge of €15 per night on top of the listed rate).
- During the winter and spring school holidays, arrivals and departures are scheduled for Saturdays (arrival from 4:00 p.m., departure before 9:00 a.m.).
-The accommodation may be difficult to access for people with reduced mobility (stairs, apartment located on the first floor).
