"It's a large house in a quiet, but accessible, location in the mountains a few km from Cauterets. The road up is bendy, but very good. The house is spacious and has a big living/eating/kitchen area which works very well. Bedrooms are also good and there are plenty of bathrooms. We didn't use the sauna but we made much use of the newly-installed jacuzzi outside - a great way to end the day under the stars!"

"As a VRBO owner myself, with 5 stars, I would expect the hospitality of owners with guest to be much better. They wrote a message to me a day before arrival stating there is no internet, and call them for the check in details. There was not an “I am sorry for your inconvenience.,..” They did try to have a company fix it. And after 4 days without, they had someone drive up a hot spot box. We used our own data for days. À notre arrivée, nous constatons que le ménage n'a pas été fait. Cela enlève l'aspect "qualité de service haut de gamme". Une belle vue peut être gâchée par des vitres sales ! Un SPA pas clean enlève une partie de son aspect bien-être et santé. Du coup, nous avons été obligé de faire le ménage le jour de notre arrivée. Dommage... En résumé, nous sommes...
