Rabbit Junction Cabin is located at the East entrance of Zion National Park, and we are only fifteen minutes to the east park entrance station.

Rabbit Junction is a luxury vacation home designed with the charm, and beauty of the Old West. Rabbit Junction has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. We can accommodate up to 14 people in beds.

The garage has a Tesla Gen 3 Level 2 charger free use for guests.

Rabbit Junction sits on one acre that backs on to open space to give you that true mountain experience.

There is great access to surrounding forest/plateau country and Zion for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, photography, and great sightseeing. Located to take day trips to Bryce, Zion, the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Navajo lake and many more sights to see in the area.

Great area, lots to do. Beautiful place plenty of space, clean and comfortable. Gas grill needs repair, did not get hot enough to cook on. Close to both Zion and Bryce National Parks.

Third time in this house
This was our third time in this house and we absolutely love it. Everything you need for a large gathering, and close to the ranch but yet far away for tranquility. Hosts are awesome!

Thankful for a wonderful place to spend some quality time with family.
We stayed here with family and were very impressed with this property. Beautiful views, clean, fully stocked kitchen tools, and a spa that worked great. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Cabin on the East Entrance side
We loved staying at this awesome cabin! Very cool property, with tons of down time activities. They have everything you need to feel like a home away from home in the mountains. Great location near the east entrance of Zion.

Quick Access to Zion
Beautiful, roomy and well equipped home! Located in a very quiet neighborhood with quick access to the Zion NP East Entrance. We enjoyed Zion and local trailheads by day and grilling out by night. The jacuzzi was also perfect for relaxing after miles on the trails. Some may call it remote, but we considered it perfect; away from the crowded and commercial Zion south entrance. This was a trip with friends leading into a Ragnar Trail Race at the Zion Ponderosa Resort next door. Zion is back on the vacation list for the family and can’t think of a better place to stay!

An incredible mountain retreat
A large group of 13 friends all spent an amazing weekend exploring Zion. We got a dusting of snow one day, deer prancing up to the home the next. It is about 15 minutes to the east gate of Zion, but around a 45 minute drive through the park to get to the visitor center to catch the shuttles. It was a beautiful home with plenty of room for all of us. We would definitely stay again.

Great Family Vacation Home
House was perfect for a family of 5, could even share with a second family. Location was beautiful and close to East Zion entrance. Amenities were as listed and kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The property management staff was great to work with. Hot tub was perfect after long day of hiking.

This is a great home away from home with everything you could possibly need. The house is in a great location within walking distance to the ranch, but yet far away enough for that serene experience with quiet nights. This home has everything you could need and more, and the owners are so welcoming. We will be back again!

Amazing stay, amazing property
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The layout of the house provided plenty of room for everyone to join together or have their own space and was very clean. Kitchen had all appliances and cookware you could need. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash in bathrooms was a nice addition. We saw a lot of deer and jack rabbits in the yard and enjoyed evenings in the hot tub under the stars. The drive to Zion National Park was a bit long, but it really is a beautiful drive! Would definitely recommend this home as a great place to stay!

Very Spacious Property
We loved staying at this large house with lots of amenities including a hot tub. The kitchen was well-supplied. We loved looking out the large windows at the beautiful landscape. And the proximity to the Ponderosa resort was a plus especially if considering activities such as horseback riding. The only problem was the spotty cell phone service.

It was a pleasure having the most awesome host tammy. She got back to me every time I had questions. The house was well stocked..only thing was no cell reception and no snow. But other than that i highly recommend this place.

Great Week in Zion!
Enjoyed our stay at this house very much. House was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Things were just as they were described and the pictures showed. Very good location, close to Zion but far from the stifling heat of the canyon and nice and quiet. Got cool at night so we slept very well too. Did several great hikes on the east side and the views were stunning. Thanks

Amazing Family Vacation!
We stayed at this property on our annual family vacation and had an absolute blast. The house was beautiful and very well appointed. We had everything we needed and more!! It comfortably slept our family of 12, and had everything we need in the kitchen to cook meals for everyone. Great location for our trips to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Lake Powell! We've raved about the house to family and friends and many of them have already asked for the address! Thanks Steve for maintaining and offering such a wonderful property!

Amazing home
Mountain home was even better than advertised. It is quite remote but in a neighborhood surrounded by beautiful scenery. It is close to the east entrance of Zion and not far from Bryce Canyon for a day trip. This was a way better option for us than trying to stay in a hotel in the crowded Springdale area. The home is super spacious with everything we needed for two families. The ping pong table and hot tub were an added bonus. The owner was super responsive and accommodating. Thank you so much.

Early Christmas get together
Our family had a wonderful stay in your home! It is a gorgeous property with all the amenities we could need. It is even better in person. We had four couples, an adult and a toddler and all were comfortable and had privacy. Our Utah and Ca families met up there for our holiday celebration. It is isolated but the neighborhood is stunning and the Ponderosa resort close. We enjoyed the wildlife everywhere and the snow was a bonus. We loved exploring Zion. Thank you for sharing your home.

Excellent stay!
This was one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed in. The furnishings are all fairly new. We enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table in the garage and the games that were provided. The location was excellent, right outside Zion. We also enjoyed hiking at Red Slot Canyon out of Orderville. I wish I had remembered to bring regular coffee, we were only provided decaf. Other than that, absolutely no complaints.

3 GREAT visits over the years.
We have traveled to this home now three different times. We always travel with another family that have kids the same age as ours. The home is perfect for the girls to go play in one room while the boys have another room with TV and couch. That leaves us adults to enjoy the time visiting. The home has everything you would need. The access to the Park from the east is wonderful. You get to enjoy the park and not deal with all the crowds.

Wonderful property!! Beautiful house that had everything we needed. Very spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Days spent hiking and exploring the many beautiful parks in the area. Evenings spent star gazing on the large deck, playing ping-pong or foosball on the tables in the garage, or relaxing in the hot tub or in front of the cozy living room fireplace. Many extras that other properties don’t always have. Well stocked kitchen, large shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles in each shower. Plenty of towels including extras provided for the hot tub. Close proximity to Zion and Bryce. Spent a day at Glen Canyon on Lake Powell, only a couple of hours away. Wonderful time was had by all.

Great House and beautiful scenery
Our families spent Xmas there and it was beautiful. The house was very spacious and the big dining table was able to accommodate the entire group. Kids played in snow right outside the house. The house is located near the East Entrance to Zion. It is at a very quiet area so be prepared to bring everything that you need. We liked it more than the busy south entrance area. We saw deer outside house. The owner was very responsive. We did a Jeep tour with East Zion Adventures and another tour to Peek a Boo Slot Canyon with Coral Cliffs. Both were wonderful. Love the house and love our trip!
