"This property was perfect! Literally walk across the street to the park entrance. Never used the Springdale shuttle but it’s right outside. Nice touch having all the kcups for coffee and tea bags. "Absolutely wonderful apartment in a quiet but centrally located street. Apartment looks freshly remodeled, very clean and modern. Stocked well, you get all you need. Beds are comfortable.
