"Decor is tired and dated. Bed linen, surfaces and crockery was clean but the stair carpets were very worn and room corners and skirting very dusty and grubby. Toilets need a good clean round the bend but seats were clean. Cooked breakfast good but only 2 cereals to choose from, no choice or brown or white toast and no tea available at breakfast. No chairs in the bedroom as so small. No tea and coffee facilities in the room, you helped yourself from a cupboard in the reception area.
