Freedom of open spaces in a very natural contest.
Strategically located inside the Maremma Park, La Valentina Nuova is a working organic farmhouse only 4 km from the sea of TALAMONE and wonderful Maremma's beaches.

Cozy and characteristic apartment with entire original stone walls. It consists of a kitchen (furnished with sink, stove, fridge with small freezer, pots and pans, moka pot and electric kettle) overlooking the central courtyard, living room, bathroom with comfortable shower, large room of 20 m2 with double bed and 2 individual. It is on the ground floor and its own outdoor is well furnished .
The large central courtyard and gardens are well equipped for relaxing moments and eating outside. Swing, hammock, basket, books, board games, FREE Wi.Fi. throughout the property, covered parking. and a wide view of the Maremma countryside.

With our equestrian and environmental guide you can enjoy horseback riding excursions in the Mediterranean bush and centenary olive grove.
We can also propose an EXCITING ACTIVITY FOR YOUR CHILDREN with horses and Amiatine donkeys.

"La Valentina Nuova" is located inside the MAREMMA PARK in a beautiful setting, the perfect place to relax and explore the many places all around. Here you can forget the time and fall in love with the original nature. The 2 old farm buildings reached by a long driveway lined with pine trees and in the middle of nature, it really gives you the feeling that you have stepped back in time!
The three friendly dogs that greet you when you arrive, horses and donkeys. And the unspoiled Maremma beaches.

We loved the place and were happy with the alternative apartment upstairs, named Livia. Apparently the owner has issues with the booking programming but it all turned out fortunate.

Nette Unterkunft auf dem Land
Zimmer wurden mal renoviert und ansprechend hergerichtet. Gastgeberin ist bemüht, erkundigt sich nach Zustand und gibt Hinweise zu Ausflügen. Heizung funktionierte prima, gerade im Herbst und Frühjaht sehr wichtig und wahrscheinlich auch nicht selbstverständlich. Wenn etwas fehlt, wird es besorgt. Die "Autobahn" in Hörreichweite, trübt das ländliche Idyll etwas.

Calme et vue
Grand appartement et acceuil chaleureux. Bien situé pour visiter la Toscane ou aller a la mer. La propriétaire,Paola,donne toutes les informations nécessaires sur les lieux à visiter. Chiens et chats vous acceuillent tous les jours.

Lovely house!
Paola and her Agriturismo are a great place to stay in Maremma natural park. Not only you are staying in appartments, that are lovely traditionally designed, but you are also only few kilometers from the wild beaches of Maremma. The appartments have everything you need: from coffee machine to WLAN. I definitely recommend everyone to come and enjoy the relaxing time here. And listen to Paola: her tips for trips and restaurants turned out to be exactly the right thing to do :)

Una soggiorno troppo breve!
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura, trovata su internet, per cinque giorni insieme alla nostra cagnetta. L'appartamento era luminoso, spazioso e pulito. Il contesto naturale è incantevole e si è completamente immersi nel silenzio rotto solo dall'abbaiare dei simpaticissimi cagnetti della proprietaria che peraltro è di una squisita gentilezza. Speriamo di poterci ritornare al più presto

Plus une vraie maison d’hôtes qu’un simple gîte !
Nous avons occupés l’appartement Livia au 1er étage avec notre fille de 14 ans. Au départ nous avions choisi ‘Constanza’ au rez de chaussée pour être directement sur l’extérieur et prendre nos repas dehors mais il était occupé. Nous avons pu choisir notre coin sans problème dans le jardin et installer une table et des chaises et nous avons bien profité de notre coin de fraîcheur, sous l'eucalyptus, avec une belle vue sur la campagne. Nous nous sommes vite appropriés l’endroit et nous nous sommes sentis comme dans notre propre maison de vacances ! Authentique, simple, familial. L'intimité de chaque gîte est bien respectée et chacun peut profiter de l'espace sans être trop isolés. L’appartement était conforme à la description : propre, confortable, de bon goût et en accord avec le lieu. Grâce aux conseils de Paola, nous avons bien profité de la mer et des plages, encore préservées dans cet endroit de Toscane , nous avons pu aussi faire de belles excursions (Pitigliano, Val d’Orcia, Montalcino, Piensa, Sienne et une belle balade à vélo dans le parc de la Maremme). Nous faisions nos courses dans le village de Fonteblanda à proximité, il y a tous les commerces nécessaires et nous étions au retour chaque fois éblouis par la magnifique vue sur Talamone. Merci à Paola, toujours très attentive et à Sing toujours disponible. Merci pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et générosité, merci pour cette soirée ‘Sagra’ chez les viticulteurs ! De belles rencontres et des belles images que nous garderons précieusement comme de beaux souvenirs. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et le conseillerons à nos amis, notre famille et à tous ceux que l’on aime ! Catherine & Alain.

Proprio quello che volevo
Tranquillità e libertà sono le due parole che rimangono dopo questo soggiorno nella campagna maremmana. E in pochi minuti puoi godere di tutte le bellezze di questa splendida zona, mare, pineta, arte, storia, … non manca nulla! Nell’azienda ci sono diversi appartamenti e il nostro, Gughi, è perfetto per due persone. Un grande ringraziamento a Paola, squisita padrona di casa, pronta a darti i consigli di chi conosce e ama questa terra, ma senza mai essere invadente.

Une semaine de rêves en Toscane. Merci Paola
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la propriété de Paola ; Située dans la campagne, au calme, avec comme point de vue la superbe campagne Toscane, nous avons apprécié cette ancienne ferme. Idéalement située, il est très simple de se rendre à la plage en 10 minutes en voiture. Proche de Fonteblanda et de Talamone, aller faire des courses ou sortir au restaurant se fait très rapidement. Paola est très gentille et s'il vous manque quelque chose n'hésitez pas à lui demander. Elle connait sa région par coeur et saura vous indiquer où aller vous promener et ainsi découvrir les merveilles de la Toscane
