"I stayed here for 6 nights with my wife and we really enjoyed it. The town is very quiet but it's a short drive to cities like Leeuwarden and Harlingen for activities. There is a grocery store in the next town over so it's a quick drive or bike ride if you need to pick up anything. Two bicycles are provided for use so I would hop on after dinner and explore the beautiful countryside. The property is spacious for two adults and very clean and comfortable. "Our Holiday in grou was wonderful. The house was really well equipped and big enoug for all of our family + our dogs. The garden is surrounded by fences and hedges. That gives you a lot of privacy and you don`t have to worry about the dogs. The garden is big enough for playing tabletennis and badminton, which we did a lot :-) Moreover there is a little ferry 5 minutes away, which brings you to the city center for shopping or visiting restaurants or doing some waterspouts. "The owner of this property must use google translator as most of the messages he sent me made no sense. This then made it difficult to understand the check in process. Thank goodness the kind lady at the registration office clarified things for me. I understood that towels/tea towels would be included with the linens, but there was an extra fee for these items. Just a note for mobility challenged guests, the stairs are very steep and narrow."

"Lovely location and clean property. Niggles were around the owner not responding to questions about what would already be there (there were filters for the coffee machine, now there are 2 boxes! There is a car charge point nearby but no idea if we could have accessed it). We also weren’t sure if we were allowed onto the jetty but presumed we were. But a nice quiet place to stay."

Objekt wird gut gepflegt, ist geschmackvoll und ansprechend eingerichtet mit vielen zusätzlichen Dingen (Mixer, Toaster, Isolierkanne, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Bettwäschen und Handtücher inklusive). "The listing did not reflect what we found. We came with 6 adults and two cars, but could not get a second key and fob. We entered the house and found the beds were not made and ready. There were dirty dishes stacked in the cupboard. There were spiderwebs and dirt inside the house. The outside and laundry room were a messy. Some of the screens were broken. The listing said the pool was fenced, but when we asked if we could use, they said no we can’t. Declutter and use some quality furnishings....

Klein (bei schlechtem Wetter bestimmt zu klein für 5 Personen), idyllisch gelegen, aufwachen mit Vogelgezwitscher, ruhe aber auch im inneren sehr spartanisch eingerichtet (das ein oder andere Geschirrteil haben wir dann doch vermisst)"

"What a relaxing time we had! The ducks come up in the morning and beg to join you for breakfast. People smile and waive in the boats passing by and even a load of cows on a boat came by. We can’t say enough about this lovely rental. Everything was absolutely gorgeous! The finishes were all high end and the relaxation you feel on entering this place is priceless!
