The open plan living area is provided with a large smart TV, a sofa and love seat , a 6-seat dining table and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. A half bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer are also available for your comfort.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a smart TV, full modern ensuite bathroom, built in closets and access to the balcony with stunning ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a smart TV, full modern ensuite bathroom, and built-in closets.

This unit provides you with 1,280 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, cable TV and three flat screen smart TV's (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the ground floor by the pool . The unit sleeps 4 guests in 2 beds and that is the maximum occupancy.

A very good properly/location
The property grounds were perfect! There is alot of beautiful landscaping and the pool area is great! The condo building is positioned perfectly to allow for comforting breezes, but to limit the high winds Aruba is known for. The ground floor unit is extremely convenient as well. The property also has a rooftop observation area that makes viewing the ocean and sunsets perfect. The unit has very modern appliances, which were difficult to figure out how to operate (even with looking at the manuals and searching online. We finally figured out the washing machine. We had to contact the owner about the oven and he quickly had a maintenance worker stop by to show us how it works. The inside of the property is beautiful and well stocked with towels, beach chairs, and a cooler. The only negatives we encountered (minor issues) were: The bathroom sinks have no counter space, making it difficult for the ladies; The shower in the master bathroom leaked and we had to position towels on the floor, along the length of the shower; The shower doors are not aligned well, making them difficult to slide and making them not stay shut; The coffee maker in the kitchen leaked. Overall, we had an amazing time and were comfortable.

This condo was beautiful inside and out. It was peaceful and quiet. We loved sitting on the patio watching all the iguanas that were running about. I would recommend a rental car. Maria was a great hostess. She was very prompt in answering any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this place.

This condo was just what we wanted. Very relaxing. Exactly as described. Great to be so close to pool but out of pathway so no foot traffic going by patio. Pool was never crowded always a seat to be had. A very short cab ride to down town shops and restaurants. Just would like owner to add a few more kitchen items. Like a few bowls for making a salad in and storage containers for fridge. Would definitely go back again.

Perfect Location
The place had everything we needed and was very clean. Close walk to Eagle Beach. The unit had 4 beach chairs and cooler which was perfect for the beach. We used the grills at Levent which were very clean & a nice bonus. The pool area wasn’t busy & never had to fight for a chair. Beach towels were provided in the unit. The grounds were very well kept. When using the washer & dryer do small loads so you ensure everything gets dried. We rented a car so that we could check out some other beaches on the island. Getting into Levent was easy as there was always a security person at the gate. Never had trouble finding a parking spot. . Two picks for places to eat at would be Linda’s Dutch Pancakes & Twist of Flavor. Our son has Celiac & both places have GF options! Would definitely recommend this unit!

The place was lovely. It was comfortably decorated and bigger than I expected. The owner made sure we had everything we needed. I was a little hesitant about a ground level apartment but my concerns were completely wrong. Direct access to the pool was fantastic and I never felt unsafe. The pool area was great and the proximity to gorgeous Eagle Beach could not have been better. We would not hesitate to book this property again. Highly recommend!!

Needs a few repairs
LeVent is a beautiful condo. The pool area is very lush with beautiful gardens unlike anywhere else I have seen in Aruba. However, there are a few items that need to be addressed by the owners in the condo itself. The shower in the second bathroom leaks at the foot of the glass which made it difficult to step out without the possibility of slipping. Also there are no towel bars or hooks to hang wet towels on except for one bar in the shower which doesn’t allow towels to dry. We had to use the dryer constantly to dry the towels. The shower glass doors are not level and we’re constantly sliding without touching them. The door to this bathroom wouldn’t open fully because it scrapes the tile floor when about 80% open. The kitchen range is an induction range and was quite hard to turn on. I pressed the “on” button as hard as I could several times before it finally would come on. There is a light that is out under the vent hood that needs replacing. The refrigerator was making an awful buzzing noise for some time but I was able to fix it. Very annoying however. The most disturbing thing was being awakened at 6:00 am almost every morning by the noise in the hallway with either maids or maintenance people. I don’t understand why they don’t start at least at 9:00 am when they know most people are on vacation! The TV reception is horrible on every TV. Couldn’t watch for 2 minutes without color blocking starting to come across every one of them. We have never had this next door.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we expected. We used the kitchen for breakfast and lunches. It was about a half block walk to Eagle Beach. The condo had 4 beach chairs and a cooler. We went to the beach early each morning to get a Palapo for shade. The pool was nice and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Exceeded our expectations! Great location.
The condo was very clean and modern. Perfect for 2 couples. Just a short walk to Eagle Beach. The pool and hot tub are right outside the patio. The grounds are immaculate. The courtyard was very clean and never crowded. Plenty of lounge chairs with shade. Central location. I recommend renting a car to explore the island all the beautiful beaches . We would definitely come back to this condo.

Condo is as described and the pictures are accurate. Condo is on ground floor which make’s accessing the pool area very convenient. The pool area is very well maintained as every morning there was a crew cleaning up. There is an ice machine by the pool building along with two gas grills. Eagle Beach is a very short walk from the rear exit. Washer/dryer work fine, just don’t overload them. There is a drying rack that can be placed on the patio should you need it. Only negative would be the chairs on the patio could be replaced.

Exactly what we were looking for
We had an incredible stay at Maria's property. After visiting Aruba as a couple years ago, we decided to come back with our 22 month old and this was the perfect spot. The condo is even nicer in person than in the pictures with plenty of space and the best location in the building allowing you to literally walk off your patio into the communal pool area, yet still giving you privacy on the ground floor. Communication with Maria was quick and easy when we arrived a little ahead of schedule and for any needs we had during the stay. The property is literally steps from the beach, has a fantastic pool and is walkable distance or a VERY short cab ride from grocery stores, restaurants and other family activities. I hope to be back soon!

Fabulous Location and super clean
We picked this location to be on eagle beach. Super easy access to beach as it was a 3 minute walk. There were beach chairs, towels and a cooler to use as well which was great. House was very clean and the pool was steps away as this unit is a ground floor unit. Everything you would need for the kitchen is there as well. The condo area is also very safe too. Anywhere you need to go is all within a 15 minute drive or taxi ride. Highly recommend and would definitely return to rent from Maria again! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great trip. Place exactly as described, both unit, building and grounds well maintained. Ground floor unit with beautiful views of the gardens. Unit is good size, 2B+2.5bath. Really good AC and internet in the unit. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels, used the BBQ a few times, breakfast on our patio every morning. Definitely book again next time we are headed to Aruba.

Amazing Aruba!
First time Aruba and what a great experience. This ground floor condo was perfect for our family of 4. Clean, nicely designed and decorated and well appointed with all the basics in the kitchen. Can’t beat the ground floor access to the pool which was so convenient. The pool at Le Vent is really well maintained and we never had a problem finding a lounge chair in the shade. The beach is just a 3 minute walk away and there were 4 beach chairs and a small cooler to take with you. You can rent umbrellas or palapas at the beach of you are looking for shade. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance (Terrazza Italiano, Screaming Eagle, Water’s Edge were some of our faves in Eagle Beach; Gianni’s in Palm beach was also good). We also walked to the high rise hotel area in Palm Beach a couple of times which took about 25 mins (with 8 & 10 year olds) along the waterfront walking path. We did not rent a car for our 10 day stay and we’re easily able to get a taxi at any time and enjoyed walking (taxi from airport was about $30USD, from palm beach $9, to downtown about $20). Many of the tour companies will even come pick you up if you choose to do something like a Jeep safari. If you are keen to really explore every corner of the island a car rental might be a good idea but you may not need it for your entire stay. We were also able to walk to the Superfood grocery store which has everything you need including fresh food, liquor store, take out hot counter, toy store and pharmacy. Highly recommend the kabobs and grilling them back at the condo. Super tasty and the grills are immaculate! Aruba itself is amazing! Weather always great as they hardly ever get rain and the constant breeze makes so it never feels too hot. People are very friendly and we always felt safe. There are really no COVID restrictions. Masks are optional everywhere. Very easy to get covid testing prior to return (while we were there there was a clinic at Eagle Aruba resort just a block away) Would not hesitate to go back and stay in this exact listing. Thanks for an amazing first time experience to Aruba!
