"Housekeeping does not exist here. We asked and were told they would give us new sheets for the bed, make your own, take your own garbage out also. Housekeeping will not enter your room . After staying a week housekeeping would of been nice"

"Just stayed one night. Check in process was easy. Upgraded our room because the one we booked was sold out. Way better experience than the last one we had in Port Arthur at Days Inn. Great customer service all around! Room was very clean. Once we arrived to our room we received a call from the manager to make sure we found everything okay. Overall we felt safe and will stay again. Loved the budget friendly rates! Came to visit my daughter in college and I’m glad I didn’t have to pay $200 a night to stay at a decent place. "
