The furniture in the room was warn. I requested help and the staff was OUTSTANDING. I hate football but loved the staff spirit during the Super Bowl. Marriott has and will always be my choice but not Springhill. Too mediocre.

Bad furniture bad layout bathroom in front of bed with floodlights blindening you in middle of night when someone gets up to use bathroom as its not a opaque door… Breakfast so bad that poor or homeless wouldnt be able to eat … all in all worst property

The A/C-Heat did not work like it should. It was about 80 degrees in the room and when we turned it on cool, it just kept running (auto temp did not work) so then it was to cold, and there was no way to change where the vent blowed, so it was right at the bed!!! There was a light outside the room that the blinds did not block, so it looked like it was about 7am all night.

The receptionist did a great job upon arrival. Despite being short staffed, she not only checked me in but others as well in a timely manner. I will definitely vistit again when Im in the area.

This hotel is nice. We’ve stayed here before and like the suites that are big enough for our family to spread out a little. The thing I noticed on this stay is that there are multiple minor issues that need attention. Included were……loose faucet in the bathroom sink, loose grasp handle in the shower, night light between the beds flashed all night waking us up and wallpaper coming loose in the hallway. These are all minor, but easily fixable. Hopefully, not a sign of management letting the place deteriorate into a crummy hotel.
