Great place that I would stay again...
The owner of this place has really spent a lot of time making sure the place is perfectly set up for visitors. The kitchen is one of the most well stocked ones that I have been in (not just random stuff). It has all the things people visiting would love to have including lots of TV's, ceiling fans, air conditioners, lots of beds, black out curtains, etc. The covered patio is awesome with another TV out there, nice hanging lights and huge table to gather around. Overall a great place that can accommodate a large family.

Great Property, Close to Disney
This was the perfect house to accommodate 8 adults on our recent Disneyland trip. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, and only about 15-20 minutes drive to and from the park each morning and evening.

Good location for Disney family trip
A cozy home for a family Disney getaway. We had five adults and two 6year-olds, it was a nice place to get ready in the morning and to unwind after the parks.

California Vacation
We loved this place! It is in a great location and was so clean. The beds were so comfortable and the house was filled with everything you need. There was a grocery store about a mile away which made it super easy to stock the refrigerator for our stay. It had a nice set up in the back yard full of outside games, a grill, tv and patio set. It also had a washer and dryer which was so nice.

This place worked well for us over the holidays. We have our 2 year old daughter and my Mom with us and the layout of the house worked really well. Plenty of room. The backyard was great, particularly the playset for our daughter. Host was very communicative.

Great location to Disneyland and the beaches. Backyard was perfect for the kids to play with lots of seating room for all us! The house was well stocked with blankets, towels and extras. Communication was awesome and helpful.

Spacious Place for an LA New Year
We really enjoyed our time and the house is very spacious and comfortable. Rain prevented us from using the outdoor space but had a lot of fun playing cards at the dining table.

A fun time as family
Our family of 5 really enjoyed our time at this house. The small things that Rosie helped to make available such as some pantry items (honey, syrup, coffee/tea) and misc fun items such as dart board and boogie board were a real plus for our teenage kids. Thank you for helping the time there be great!

Family holiday
This was the best vacation rental we have stayed in as an extended family! The beds all had foam mattresses which were very comfortable. The rooms were spacious. Loved the bunk beds. Plenty of pillows, extra blankets, and extra towels. Plenty of glassware and cups for adults and kids. We really appreciated the kid-sized cups and kid-friendly plates. Also grateful for the pack n play with extra mattress. Location was close to many attractions.

Great location for Disney, crosswalk Dan and the middle school were loud in the mornings but we were up and out around then anyway. Full of amenities, the MOST comfortable beds, very clean, Host was easily contacted and responded very quickly and the fooseball table was a fun bonus! Great time, thank you

Wonderful stay
Rosie and Robert are amazing host! They made sure we had plenty of fresh clean towels, extra bed sheets and pillows, and everything was clean when we got there. This beautiful home is 20ish minutes away from Disneyland (that's factoring in some light traffic). Rosie and Robert have also provided recommendations of where to go and places to eat around the area. Overall, a wonderful stay for my mini family reunion. Thanks again Rosie and Robert!

Clean , Convenient with a responsive owner
The home was well maintained and clean. Rosie the owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. She answered texts promptly and was very helpful. The swings and slide in the back and air hockey table was enjoyed by the kids. Overall this was a good experience for all and I am happy we were able to use Rosie's home
