Cute cottage located in a peaceful neighbourhood and within walking distance to eateries and town. Nice bathroom with two TV areas which is handy when staying with children. Back door needs attending with screen door diffult to slide open/shut.

Well appointed, comfortable family home with modern bathroom & kitchen. Undercover area gets afternoon sun which is delightful. Great getaway in autumn with heating for early morning comfort. Roomy and functional. We loved it.

The property was most comfortable to stay in. The beds were very comfortable, all facilities were of a high standard and overall a most functional let. Two small hitches: the remote on the TV in the small lounge was broken and the bedside lamp on the lhs of the main bedroom is not working.

Orange short stay
Property is comfortable and yard safe for a child or dog, Nosy neighbours, quick drive to shops and dinner. We went out for dinner each night. Home sits on intersection causes car lights shine onto house all night not good for a light sleeper. Many dogs in homes surrounding house very noisy. Owner messaged me on day at 9.30am of departure enquiring if I am leaving early and stated time to leave is 10am. as that was my entitlement. Advertised as check out time on Stayz is 11am.

Great house
Thanks so much for a lovely stay Emma. The house was lovely, the perfect size, the perfect location. There were a few little things, but they were only small! There were no sheets for the sofa bed, which was a little challenging for the composition of our group. The lights out the back didn’t reach to the fire pit so one of our group had a shin height run in with it. He got a bit of a gash. Would be great to move the fire pit into the light, or increase the lighting out the back. Or have a fire pit with duller edges perhaps? All in all we had a great stay and would recommend the house to anyone!

Getaway to Orange
House was very comfortable. Spacious living and kitchen areas,comfortable beds and beautiful bathroom with lovely hot shower. Dogs really loved the yard! A few coat hangers would have been helpful. Kitchen had plenty of space but a rather eclectic mix of equipment.very handy to town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Beautiful character house
Oaken house was perfect for our three day stay in Orange, it is beautifully renovated, was very clean and has a well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated that we could bring our dog who really enjoyed exploring the fenced garden.
