I always stay here when I come to LA. This is my favorite place. The staff is always friendly. The roomsare spacious and clean. The area is quiet and you just feel safe.

The staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. They had a variety of food to choose from and it was fresh. The room was ok for the most part however it seemed when they got to the bathrooms they gave up on the repairs and renovations. It looked like a DIY job half done.

Was a good but disappointing as we booked it as it had a gym but the gym was a storage room and not informed of this even at check in. Annoying to get room service you need to tell them a day in advance! What happened to staying at a hotel and you get room service daily no questions asked! Isn’t that what your paying for?

We usually stay at this hotel every time we’re in the area, but this will probably be our last. There were multiple bugs in our room almost each night of our stay. We’ve never experienced that at our previous stays until now.

Liked--Breakfast daily was good enough, but the same except for bacon changed to sausage, the staff was great, tended to all concerns and needs, 10 min. drive to Disneyland a plus an hour to Universal. Room was clean. Bed comfortable, AC worked great, Quiet. Disliked--Room was outdated, toilet paper holder broken, NO drawers in the bedroom at all, no toiletries, one bar of soap, no kitchen supplies at all.
