I did not understand the high ratings for this hotel. It was entirely average. Beds were uncomfortable and the elevators were small and made very loud banging sounds. Bathroom was outdated and looked old, however the water pressure was nice. Price reflected the experience you get.

5 stars but be aware this is next to UC Irvine medical center and the sound of ambulances might be heard. Our neighbor in the next room was bumping music at 1230am and we called the front desk. Security came and had them turn it down. Thank you to the staff!

This is about 5th or 6th time we have stayed at ALO when going to Disney. Love the hotel, free hot breakfast, clean quiet rooms. Access to Anaheim Regional Transit is right outside the front door of the hotel. Parking has been free, but they just increased it to $15 per night.

I liked the location and restaurant although the only downfall was I called front desk to let them know I was going to leave my senior dog alone for a couple of hours and front desk would not agree they told me read pet policy. I know my dog all he wanted to do is sleep after his long walk and I would have gladly pay for any destruction although I knew I would not need too. My dog is not destructive he is 5 pounds. I was trying to tell front desk I was leaving my cell phone number in case of any complaints I did hear 2 large dogs barking which did not bother me the least. And I bring plenty of pee pads and put all over floor when I leave.
