The oversized master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress pad; there is also a recliner chair to chill out in when privacy is wanted. Large windows overlooking the Bay with breathtaking views.There is a large window and patio door from the master bedroom to the balcony. There is a en-suite bathroom with a spacious Jacuzzi tub/shower, (standard wall nozzle and a second handheld nozzle) and, a single sink. The wall mounted makeup mirror - wow!!
The second bedroom offers a queen bed with bunk beds (which sleeps a total of 4), it has its own bathroom, and a privacy door off the living area so that you can close it off and have your own en-suite.
Both bedrooms and the family space have flat screen TV’s. The TV's in the living room and master bedroom are both smart TVs. The spacious living area has fantastic views of The Bay and Gulf.
This elegant condo on the third floor has the best of both worlds, it is conveniently situated within walking distance to restaurants, an updated park for the kids, an art museum, and only 2 miles (10 min drive) from the crystal clear beach. The state of the art gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances including refrigerator with freezer and built-in icemaker and filtered cold water dispenser in the door, cooktop with built in AIR FRYER, built in microwave, dishwasher with disposal, Keurig coffee machine and a filter coffee maker, additional hand held and small appliances. WhollyPop old fashion-pop corn popper. There is also a separate wet bar with a filtered ice maker and 6-seat dining area.
Additional amenities includes: Central A/C, Heat, cable TV, free wi-fi, iron & board, 2 hair dryers, full-sized washer and dryer, linens, towels, dishes and cooking utensils.
We provide the following items and start-up supplies: 2 dish towels, new dish cloth/sponge, fully equipped kitchen (accommodates the total occupancy number), kitchen towels, two rolls of paper towels, small container of dish soap, 2 tablet supply of dishwasher detergent, trash liners (two per can), and 2 supply of laundry detergent pods. Also provided throughout the condo are bed linens, bath towel sets, with a minimum 2 per person, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, soap, shampoo and conditioner in each bath, plus a first aid kit is in the master bath below the sink.
Orange Beach is a 45 minute drive from Pensacola (FL) airport (or an approx. $45 Uber/Lyft/Taxi ride). Other airports are Mobile (AL) which is an approx. 60 minute drive, Gulfport- Biloxi (MS) which is an approx. 2 hour drive, plus it is only an approx. 3.5 hour drive from “The Big Easy” of New Orleans (LA).
The POB 1 is a perfect for couples and families which means you can relax on the grounds, long piers, in the awesome bay front pool; dry sauna (his and her) or hot tubs, or use the tennis courts, (2 rackets and balls are provided in the guest room closet for your use), or exercise in the fully equipped fitness room with stationery bike, treadmill, elliptical, multi-gym machine, all without massive crowds and no long waits for an elevator.
Complimentary luggage/valet carts are provided for your convenience by the elevators in the covered breezeways, (if not all in use). Please return to the same area collected from immediately after use.
Great local seafood and amazing restaurants (Cobalt, Coastal, Big Fish, Louisiana Lagniappe, Zeke's Restaurant, The Hangout, and for breakfast Osos, Perdido Key Breakfast Club, Ruby Slipper, and the Brick and Spoon voted "top ten breakfasts in the US" offers its renowned "build your own Bloody Mary option", to name just a few of those available), are within a short drive from the condo (Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available and usually arrive within a couple of minutes). Many food delivery services including Gulf To Go and food stores are also readily available.
Local grocery stores Rouses, Publix, and Walmart offer online shopping with delivery and/or pick-up services so that shop for groceries without spending your vacation in a store.
The main area attractions include dolphin cruises, helicopter tours, inshore/offshore charter fishing, parasailing, and watersports including kayaks, jet skis, and sailing. There are several Championship golf courses, nature walks, bike trails, a zoo, a water park, cinemas, a health/beauty spa, outlet shopping, miniature golf, etc.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available for rental in season payable to the beach attendants or by pre-booking from Ikes Beach Service, (also available from Ikes are rentals of kayaks, paddleboards, banana boat rides, parasailing, and more).
Parking Passes are available for 2 cars (covered parking is conveniently located close to both elevators and stairs so there is not a long walk in the sun while loading and unloading like most high-density condo buildings).
There is a one-time registration fee of $50.00 for one car to be paid at the front desk upon your arrival for you to leave on your dashboard. One additional pass can be purchased from the POB office during business hours for $50 provided it is not peak holiday such as 4th of July where parking on site is limited to one vehicle.
Guests are allowed to park boats, trailers, and jet skis once registered with the front desk, and payment is made for their parking space. Please note that these rules are strictly enforced. Any cost or penalties associated (boot placement/towing) with the violation of these rules will be at the renters expense.

Awesome, the recently renovated kids' park is less than half a mile a perfect walking distance from the condo.
On our grounds has the Largest lazy river, 2 pools, a kiddie pool, an indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, a fitness center, a sauna, a boat launch, fish cleaning, and an ice machine. 2 tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, trailer parking, putting green. Balcony dining table for 6. Fishing pier, and boat slips available for rental.
Awesome Bike path only 5 min away.
