The dining area provides a dining table which seats 6, breakfast bar that seats 4, plus a coffee/wet bar area. The kitchen features top of the line Wolf & Sub-Zero stainless appliances and granite counters. Included are a gas cook top, stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker and wine cooler. The kitchen provides cookware and dishes to allow you the option of staying in and cooking your own meals. The laundry room contains a full-size washer and dryer. A half bath is located in the entry hall. This unit offers free WIFI. Complex amenities include: Gated entry & security, 1½ ft. deep Kiddie pool, 3 outdoor pools, one with zero entry, 2 heated indoor pools, lazy river, 3 hot tubs, 2 saunas, 2 steam rooms, outdoor play ground, lighted tennis courts, 2 fitness centers, covered parking, poolside snack bar (seasonal) and boardwalks straight to our amazing Alabama sugar sand beach. Water Slide
The new water slide is an exciting addition to our World Class facilities! Opening soon, this is expected to be our most anticipated amenity.

Splashpad
This is sure to be a hit with those families with smaller children. Our Splashpad from Aquatix has many water features including a splash bucket and water cannons kids will enjoy. The splashpad is located to the left of the C tower outdoor pool and slide.

Putting Green
Now golfers have an option to practice their putting skills with the best view in Baldwin County! Our professionally designed, 8 hole putting green has ample lighting for evening play as well. There will also be scheduled activities each for children to try their hand at this sport.

Outdoor Movie Theater
Activities will offer outdoor movies scheduled each week during the season. Owners and guests can bring a blanket and enjoy an outdoor movie as a family. Movie nights will be posted on the Activities schedule.

Parking policies
Two parking passes come with each rental. Additional vehicles staying overnight will be offered one of the following options:
In the garage- $30.00 per vehicle per night (based on availability)
No charge parking is available at the Island/Christian Life Church on Canal Road.
