Tidewater 807 is a one-bedroom, one-bath, updated condo with amazing gulf-front views from the 8th floor.

• Ceramic tile flooring is throughout the unit.

• Fully equipped kitchen that is updated with stainless steel appliances. The dining room has seating for four and has two bar stools for additional seating.

• Washer and dryer are inside the unit.

• The living room has a sleeper sofa.

• The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed with a TV.

• There is a set of bunks built into an alcove in the hallway that is perfect for the children. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• Wireless internet is provided.

• Amenities include: Air Conditioning, BBQ Grill, Boardwalk, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Elevator, Fitness Room, Free Parking, Heated Indoor Pool, Heated Outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Ice Maker, Internet/Wifi, Iron and Board, Private Balcony, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable, Sauna, TV, Washer/Dryer

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Great stay! Love the view and location. Only improvements add a long mirror to the back of one of the doors, and change the plastic shower curtain. We will be back for sure.

This was our 4th trip to Orange Beach and we normally stay at Island House but last year it was bought by a chain hotel and the prices almost doubled from what we were used to paying for it. So this year we started looking at condos and we found Tidewater. It was the perfect price and size for 3 adults/2 kids. I loved having a full kitchen and the ocean view was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Fall getaway!
Love the easy check in and out. Great location and view. Best meals we had were the fresh seafood we cooked in the condo. We called the Dish company, and they came very quickly and replaced the Dish box. The sliding glass door needs serious maintenance as it is VERY difficult to open and close. The cooking experience could be greatly enhanced by replacing the old, scratched pans in the kitchen.

Awesome vacation! Good location, good building, and great beach access
If you want to stay at a secure and clean property, Tidewater is a great choice. The beach access is perfect! Seems very new - walking pier to the beach. The condo was clean, easy to get to, and wonderful spot to watch the waves & hear the breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bedroom had a nice amount of hangers & drawers so we could unpack. The bathroom even had a hairdryer (which I forgot). THANKS! Wonderful time!

Awesome days sleepless nights
The Tidewater was a great place to stay. The view was perfect. I loved the updated kitchen. We were right on the beach. The nights were terrible! If you prefer an extremely hard mattress, then you will love it. We considered staying longer, but the thought of sleeping on that bed sent us back home.

When I entered the room, there was food spilled on the dining table, and food residue was also on the floor. Our first meaningful vacation started with cleaning. But the location is great, right on the beach. The indoor pool has a hot jacuzzi, which healed my sunburned body after getting out of the sea. The location was perfect for fishing, and I was able to enjoy fishing. I want to go again.

Condo Needs Updating
The condo was in a good location, close to the beach. There was always a line for the elevators. The condo is in desperate need of updating and a warmer decorative touch. The bedroom closet has a powerful smell of mold. The lighting is very dim in the bedroom. It's a functional property, but I would not call it a luxury. I don't know how it compares with other properties nearby, but it was priced similarly.

Tidewater Rocks!
I’ve stayed at the Tidewater complex many times. I like that it is smaller, the pool is never crowded and there is always good parking available. On this trip, one of the 2 elevators was down and during the entire week, I never saw anyone working on it. In past visits I used to see the presence of security personnel, but again, during this visit I never saw any security at all. Unit #807 was as advertised. It had everything I needed. Unfortunately, the tv in the master did not work while I was there. It probably just needed the box reset, but because it was 8 feet up, I couldn’t do it. The only other issue I had was the bed. It is easily 3 1/2 feet high so being 5 ft tall, I couldn’t get on it. On day two I bought a $20 step stool and that solved my problem. I left the stool in the closet for the next short person. Once I could get on the bed, it is super comfortable! Also, I loved the rocker recliner in the living room.
