CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* No smoking allowed – this is strictly enforced by the onsite security.
* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by security.

PARKING INFO:
Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

Nice place to stay. The kitchen supplies were okay, not great (skillets, pans, etc.). Nice location and amenities with covered parking, beach service for umbrellas and chairs, gym and three elevators. A restroom located on the ground level by the pool is convenient.

As soon as I stepped foot in the unit, I was amazed at how clean it was. The unit was beautifully decorated and the mattresses were very comfortable to sleep in. Great location and appreciated how easy it was working with the property manager. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great Stay in Orange Beach
Unit was lovely and as described. Balcony was huge and very private. Access to the beach was convenient. I was glad we chose OB over GS, which is much more crowded in terms of shops and therefore people. Just a side note - the pool water was very cold and not many people were using it. Also, no Kleenex is supplied.

Beautiful OBA condo.
Stayed in this condo with 5 friends and we were were in awe upon entering. This unit is absolutely beautiful and with plenty of room for the 6 of us. We spent a lot of time on the large porch too. The pool is great and the location is perfect. I would rent this place again with no second thoughts. The management company was also very helpful and communicated everything I needed to know before, during, and after our stay.

Our second time in this unit. Will stay again! Clean, well-stocked, and great location. Upgrades to unit, so pictures need updating. Great upgrades,though. Was under the impression that we would have two parking passes (one for the unit and one for our other family vehicle on ground floor), but we only got one parking pass and had to pay for the other (this was different from our stay in the past). Just be prepared. Again- great stay and will book again!

Wonderful stay!
What a great stay we had!! This was the perfect condo unit and location. This place was absolutely spotless upon arrival. It even smelled fresh. The decor was lovely, functional, and very comfortable. All items needed for cooking were included in the kitchen and there were plenty of clean towels and blankets. The tiled balcony and polywood seating made for great dinners and family time with an incredible view of the ocean. Check in and communication before arriving was so easy and all questions were answered immediately. We will definitely try to stay here again next year!

This condo is even better than we expected - the pictures don’t do it justice. It has a beautiful balcony area, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and the walk-in shower in the master bathroom is very nice. We will definitely book this condo again!

There were some stains on the master bedroom sheets that appeared to be old blood. I am a nurse and am familiar with old dried blood. This was unappealing. Also the floors were dirty as evidenced by white socks that were worn on the evening that we got there. Overall the place was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much.

This is an excellent condo! Decorated beautifully, comfortable bed/pillow/linens, wonderful bathrooms, all in all 5 star! Will totally book this place again. Regency Isle is a smaller complex which is perfect. Parking was a breeze, pool was super clean every day (we have a pool this is important!). Cleaning crew cleaned the heavy trafficked elevators everyday. Beach wagon and chairs super plus in this condo! Communication with mgt. was great. Great location too! No issues whatsoever. Excellent stay and great condo!

The condo is absolutely beautiful and very well appointed. The master bed is very comfy and you can't really tell from the pictures, but the shower is amazing. Gorgeous view from the balcony. We loved having our morning coffee out there. 10/10.

Great Vacation!!!
We had such a great week at Orange Beach and loved our stay at the Regency Isle. The only hiccup we had was we arrived around 4:30 pm and the cleaning lady was still busy cleaning although check in was for 4. That and not being able to find our designated parking spot (because the cleaning crew were parked in the spot) were the only two issues we had and they were truly not a big deal. The condo is beautiful and has all the bells and whistles! Theirs even a sports wagon that’s kept in the laundry room with beach chairs and toys, which was awesome for us as we have 3 boys. Oh and the master shower was my favorite part of the entire stay! LOL! We were also very thankful for the covered parking garage! This morning on our last day, orange beach experienced tennis ball sized hail and hundreds of cars along the coast had tremendous damage to their vehicles. Ours was thankfully just fine. We can’t wait to come back next year! Thank you!
