With enough room to accommodate 16 guests throughout 2441 square feet of wonderfully decorated living space, this house is the perfect layout and size for a group of friends or a family travelling together! When you first arrive, you will notice and love the bright, coastal themed interior which is fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay in paradise. The living room has a large sofa/sectional providing abundant seating and a sleeper pull out bed as well! A flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi will help keep you entertained in your free time.

The large, fully stocked kitchen has all the tools you need to cook whatever your heart desires, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Drip style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. In the dining area, a X-chair dining set provides ample space for guests to enjoy homecooked cuisine or fresh takeout from the numerous dining options close by. Additionally, the balcony has a dining set, allowing you to enjoy a meal with your family!

When it's time to rest up after a long day of swimming with the waves or enjoying the community pool, you'll find there is no shortage of great options to choose from. Downstairs you will find the master suite featuring a comfortable king bed as well as a private bathroom with a tiled shower and double sink vanity. The first guest bedroom is also downstairs and equipped with a nice queen bed and an en-suite bathroom! Upstairs you will find 2 additional guest bedrooms each with a plush queen bed and en-suite bathrooms as well as a bonus room with 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds bringing the sleeping total to 16 people! All guest bathrooms feature tub/shower combos. All bedrooms feature a flat screen TV with and of course, access to the free Wi-Fi!

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING RESTRICTION: There are 4 designated spots, multiple Guest Spots Nearby. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
