**The Phoenix X complex in Orange Beach earned a 2016 Certificate of Excellence Award from TripAdvisor.**

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are ready for you to enjoy an unforgettable beach. A new sectional and extra upholstered seating in the living area lets you relax and spread out after a busy day of activity, and there is a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a DVD player, XBox and a stereo system for your enjoyment. The kitchen can easily handle all of your cooking needs, and four stools in front of the breakfast counter let you share meals. You can also use a more traditional table with four chairs. Because hanging out on the balcony is so much fun, a table with four chairs is present, so you can sit there and watch people on the beach and boats on the water. The master bedroom suite offers a king-size bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a bathroom with a sink, a marble vanity counter, and a bathtub and shower combination. The second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds and wall-mounted flat-screen televisions. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Very clean but outdated..
Nice & clean & Master mattress was VERY comfy.. interior/furnishings were outdated.

Disgusting
Great location, great beach....filthy condo. The floors were so dirty we had to get supplies and clean them ourselves. Our grandsons feet and hands (he walks and crawls still) were black with dirt the first hour we were there. There were blue tape notes on the walls and ceiling where work was needed but not done. The vacuum was so full of grime and dirt that it was unusable. We drove a long way from Dallas to spend a week at the beach so had to put up with it, but if I were you I would not rent this place. I have many photos to show if anyone is interested.

Location, location, location
We like the location of the Phoenix X next to the Floribama. The condos are not as luxurious as the newer Phoenixs and are somewhat out of date; however, the location makes up for that. The staff there were excellent.
