Located in Building 3 on the 3rd floor, this Orange Beach condo offers private balcony access from both the living area and Primary bedroom. The balcony is an ideal spot to enjoy the stunning views, unwind with a good book, or simply savor the peaceful surroundings.

The Primary suite is a realm of comfort and tranquility, featuring a luxurious King bed, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, and a private bath equipped with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a cozy Queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For additional sleeping arrangements, the third bedroom includes a practical Twin-over-Full bunk bed with a Twin Trundle, perfect for kids or extra guests. Nice place to stay
This was a nice condo and the view was as shown in the pics. It was easy access to our room and local places. There’s only two things missing in the kitchen, a measuring cup and potholders. Otherwise it was awesome!

Great location and convenience
We were very happy with the location and convenience of this property. It is located on the end of the building, so you have nobody on one side of you. It is also extremely close to the beach access and pool. However, we were a little bummed the main balcony door was broken (and taped up in an unsightly way) and the living room furniture had seen better days. One of the bedrooms was also very warm. Luckily we had brought a fan, so that helped. Overall, this is a great place to stay, just needs a few updates.

The location was great the only complaints would be, 1.replace slider out to balcony can not close easily 2.more kitchen items such as kitchen towels and oven mitts there were 2 towels and zero mitts 3. beach towels and more bathroom towels. Or make it known no beach towels on the site we had to purchase and then give away since we had small carryon luggage . And only 8 shower towels so needed to launder daily .. Would stay in that area again very nice area !!

We enjoyed our stay but for the 55.00 parking pass the parking could have been better and as for the condo it was very nice but the A/C could have been better it was hot in the bedrooms so I would suggest taking a fan.

Our group of 5 adults enjoyed our stay here. The open kitchen and living area made it feel more spacious and the view and beach access were great. The building itself is a little older and not fancy, but this condo was well done and modernized. More dish towels and a few other kitchen essentials would have been helpful to have, but overall it was great. We would stay here again if in the area.

My husband, our four boys and my mother had an awesome time! Every morning we got to watch the dolphins play in the ocean right off our balcony! Everything was fantastic. Just be sure to bring extra toilet paper and laundry detergent if needed!

Lovely stay
The condo is updated, freshly painted and clean. All linens looked and smelled clean. There was plenty of good cookware and kitchen appliances. The gulf views couldn’t have been better and there were plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby for everything we needed. I’d definitely stay here again!
