Enjoy your morning coffee on either the main balcony or the private one off of the primary bedroom while you watch the dolphins play in the Gulf, then step inside when you get hungry. You’ll find a newly renovated, stylishly decorated space, with two living areas, tile floors throughout, and a full, well-equipped kitchen. The chef will love using the stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to whip up tasty dishes, and the whole gang can dine together at the large, adjacent table. Head downstairs to the beach, just seconds away, or visit the oceanfront pool - one of the largest on the beach - then come home to relax in the central AC. Entertainment options include four streaming-capable TVs, free cable, and WiFi. Or, if you want to unplug entirely, step back out to your balcony and enjoy watching the stars rise over the water. The ideal vacation does exist - all that’s left to do is book.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
