Million Dollar Views & The ONLY Private Pier Left in Orange Beach

This is a luxurious beachfront condo with everything upscale! Parking passes are 50.00. Only 36 units are serviced by 2 elevators with only 4 units per floor. Eight people can sleep comfortably as there are 2 large bedrooms, each with a private bath, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin trundle bead in the media room near a 3rd full bath. A huge wrap around balcony, private pier, outdoor pool, indoor pool, gym and sauna completes a brief description of this unique and unforgettable retreat.

The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need. A laundry with full size washer and dryer is located off the kitchen. Ample eating space is provided by the dining table as well as a breakfast bar. Also a full size dining table is available on the balcony.

A spacious living area has a large flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating including 2 recliners. There is a wet bar with a beverage center and an unexpected electric fireplace for winter months. Large patio doors lead to the balcony and view of the gulf waters/fishing pier.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, sitting area, walk-in closet and large patio door to balcony. A huge master bath has a unique skylight, tub, separate shower and double bowl vanity.

A spacious guest bedroom also has a king bed and wall mounted flat screen TV as well as private full bath and patio doors to the balcony.

The 3rd full bath has a huge shower, large vanity, linen closet, storage chest and is located in the hallway conveniently near the sleeper sofa.

Amenities of the complex: 24 hour security, free internet, large outdoor pool, indoor pool located in the same building as this unit (west building), fitness room with new flat screen TV and sauna. Parking for 2 vehicles except holidays when only 1 space is available. The most outstanding feature is the private fishing pier with 3 shaded rest areas and a 40'X40' platform at the end. Although fishermen love the pier, it is just as desirable for watching marine life and for the MILLION $$$ VIEW of the sunrises, sunsets and beach of the Gulf Of Mexico. There is a short boardwalk from the pier to the white sandy beach. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent or you may bring your own.

Four Seasons is located in the heart of Orange Beach near everything including shopping, restaurants, entertainment, nature trails, golf courses, marinas, adventure activities and the world famous Florabama. Pensacola, Fl, home of the Naval Air Museum and the Blue Angels is 30 minutes drive east. Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked is 1 hour to the west. Casinos of Biloxi, MS are 2 hours west.

Wonderful Weekend

Our favorite part of this property is the private pier and beach access! It is a quick drive to several great restaurants! Plenty to do with the kids. Perfect spring break!

Beautiful Condo!
We've been vacationing in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for more than 10 years and this was easily one of the nicest condos we've experienced, in fact it exceeded our expectations. The pier is a bonus but I'd stay here again without it. Thanks for providing a really pleasant place to stay.

Totally Relaxing
We enjoyed a week at this condo and could not ask for better. Relaxing on the balcony with a great view was priceless. The location is great with restaraunts and a Publix. The condo is equipped with anything that was needed.

The Heart of Orange Beach
The private pier was an amazing place to stroll and watch the many sharks lazing around the area. It was great to watch them try to intercept the many fishermen's catches. The unit was clean and comfortable. The "gourmet" kitchen is a stretch. There are appliances; however, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and other cooking paraphernalia were minimal.

The first impression was the filthy elevators and the smell Knew Right away was going to be questionable. The pull out Sofa has no linens or pillows and we reserved for a party of 6. The Ceramic tiles were loose. Baseboards and corners really dirty. Grout was dirty. Sliding door of Master would not open. The only good thing was the Master bed was comfortable.

The property could have been cleaner. Owner responded quickly to the problems but I think condo could use a better cleaning overall. Floors were dirty even after someone came back to clean them and we washed the sheets for sofa and no pillow cases. Family enjoyed the pier.

Great place to stay!
This condo is exactly as described by the owner, and maybe even a little better! Beautifully kept and updated condo with comfortable furniture and beds, very clean, with a beautiful view of the ocean and pier. Large balcony had comfortable chairs where we spent a lot of time! Kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil and appliance you could need, and the washer/dryer worked very well. Master bedroom was very large, with a nice walk-in closet. Bring your own hangers if you want them. Master bath was large, but shower pretty small. Use the hall shower if you really want a nice shower! Master bedroom connects directly to the balcony with large sliding door. Nice jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom perfect for our two teenagers. Large closet space with plenty of dresser drawers as well. Since we have a boy and a girl, our daughter used the hall bath as "hers" . Living area was perfect for our family of 4. I think 6 would have also been very comfortable in this unit. We were there during spring break and the weather was still a bit chilly, so we spent our evenings watching movies. Nice couch and chairs to relax in. We weren't sure what to expect for spring break, but overall the entire area was pretty tame. No crazy rowdy groups anywhere that we saw. (Texas beaches are insane at this time of year!) We rented beach chairs each day for $25, and by the end of the day these were all taken. Get there early if you want one! They will also keep your name on a chair set if you pay for more than one day at a time. The entire complex was very quiet, neatly kept, and has two elevators. The guard on duty was very confused when we checked in, and did not have our name on file. We had to find our email confirmation, which he sortof glanced at, then went ahead and let us in. Not really sure what that was about... Workout area is very dated, but works just fine if you are really wanting to exercise on vacation! We did not use the indoor pool, but it appeared to be clean and nice. Outdoor pool area is pretty small, and we didnt' see anyone using it because it was still too cold while we were there. Beach and Pier are gated and you need a code. Pier is really nice to walk out on at night. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay in Orange Beach! Gulf Shores is a very short drive to the west, and Pensacola is a short drive to the East. We found several restaurants with pretty good food. The Cold Mil dolphin tour is also great. Thanks!

Awesome Condo
We stay in this same condo every year. The view is breathtaking, short walk to the beach, pool is always clean and the owners are very easy to work with. We will definitely be back for our 5th year in a row.
