The over-sized beach front balcony includes a private hot tub and outdoor kitchen, which is exclusive to Turquoise Place! Turquoise Place 709C is a beachfront corner condo with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The very spacious Living Room includes a flat screen TV that hangs over a gas fireplace. There is a King bed in the over-sized Master suite, a King in the second bedroom, a King in the third bedroom, 2 Twin over Full Bunks in the fourth bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room for a total sleeping capacity of 14! At Turquoise Place, you have full access to all amenities, including an outdoor Lazy River, tennis courts, 2 huge outdoor pools (one which is heated seasonally), 2 Huge indoor pools/hot tubs with spacious steam rooms and dry saunas, along with a state-of-the-art fitness center. The amenities of Turquoise Place were wonderful! Our family had a great time. Our condo C709, however could use some work. Needs new paint, new living room furniture and some bedroom furniture needs to be replaced.

We always love staying at Turquoise and this property was no exception. There was a small issue with the hot tub not having enough water the day we arrived but the property manager had someone come out to fix it within an hour.

A Merry Little Christmas
My family and I really loved this condo on the beach. The checkin process was easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Moriah. Maintenance came daily to check the jacuzzi water quality. Nicely equipped workout room. The only thumbs down was that the master bathroom jacuzzi tub did not work. Otherwise, there was ample space for our entire family with nice sized bedrooms and a glass door to the deck from every bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great vacation at the beach. However we were disappointed at many things. The hot tub did not work well and kept overflowing. Dishwasher and dryer had to be fixed while we were there. Pool was closed for two days. Considering the expense here we will find another complex next year.

Pool is not seasonally heated as advertised
When we inquired about not being able to find a heated pool, staff was short and unfriendly regarding the lack of heating, both with Pickett properties and those working at Turquoise Place. Property itself is unique and was a great space for our two families. Plenty of room for all four kids and four adults. When we had a microwave issue, it was solved within two hours.

Great condo, great property! Our favorite in orange beach. Always so much to do here.. Floors were pretty dirty, but they always are in condos on the beach. They could use a good thorough cleaning.

Beautiful condo!
My family visits Orange Beach every year and always LOVE our stay at Turquoise Place. This year was no exception, it was a great trip, so many amenities and luxuries. LOVE the pool bar and the addition of the snow cone bar this year. This unit was more reasonable than any of the others we looked at, so I hesitate to share any negative comments. But if I were an owner, I would want honest feedback. A few updates and maintenance are needed. Paint needs to be touched up, cabinets and furniture have nicks and scratches, sofas and chairs looking a bit worn. The balcony area could also use a little attention. The grill was extremely dirty and the sofa is missing a cushion. These are the reasons I didn't rate this at five stars. With that said, it is still a beautiful unit!
