This luxurious water front condo has all you'll need for your next Orange Beach, AL getaway. The open living space overlooks the Inter-coastal waterway with a new couch, two reclining chairs, HDTV, and balcony access. On the balcony you will find a small breakfast table, sitting chairs, and a gas grill. Both bedrooms have carpeted floors and the main living areas has tile throughout. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless appliances, a stand alone ice maker, and a wine refrigerator. The Master suite has king bed, HDTV, Walk-in Closet, Private balcony access, and a Private Bathroom suite with double vanity, glass shower, and a large jetted soaking tub. The guest bedroom has two (2) queen beds, HDTV, large closet, and private access to the hall/guest bathroom. Just outside the guest bedroom is the laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer with all your cleaning supplies.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:


RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: _Free Parking, 1 Designated Spot, 1 Guest Spot ___ Are included with your reservation. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Beachball Rep was not knowledgeable w/ answers to questions I had inquired about pertaining to the condo unit / property! I was put on hold multiple times for him to find out the answers! Condo came w/ 1 key, but we had 2 couples which we needed 2 keys as we sometimes went in multiple directions! Having to put the 1 key in a combination lock box each time we left was exhausting! It was difficult to punch in #’s in which the box is a difficult to maneuver! The condo was dusty & not clean underneath the master bed! One mattress in the spare bedroom was drinkable in the middle which made it difficult to sleep in. Noise level of music was too much! The condo was nicely decorated!

We had an excellent stay overall. The oasis was amazing and the wharf downtown shopping area was very nice. Parking was convenient and we felt secure and safe in the condo. If they could improve one thing, it would be ensuring floors were clean. We didn’t realize until the day after we checked when we looked at our socks and they were quite dirty. Otherwise very clean. One thing for families with young kids to keep in mind is the parties in the bars below. We were 6 stories up and were unable to sleep well on Saturday night due to a party at the bars below. The music was very loud and my kids had a difficult time sleeping until after 2am when things calmed down. I believe the bars may be violating the noise ordinance I read online, but if the police officers who drove by didn’t see any issue, who am I to complain.

Nice property - Needs improvement
Nice property, has all the amenities you need, even an ice machine in the kitchen. View was great! A Few things need work however. 1) Shower in master, the water temperature handle was not working properly. Was always burning HOT. 2) A lot of the silverware in the drawer was still dirty, we had to sort through them and wash them to find clean ones 3) One of the beds was so warn that there was a divot in the middle of the mattress, was very uncomfortable. 4) Be aware that these properties only allow for 2 vehicles which may often be enough so if you have more than 2 vehicles you have to park one at least 1/2 mile away.

The Wi-Fi nor tv worked. The garage elevator was broken, and only 1 of the 2 condo elevators was working. The key to the condo was bent and difficult to remove from the door. I reported all of these issues. Only the key was replaced. All other issues were ignored.

Loved the location
We loved the location of The Wharf. So many shops and restaurants right down the street. Even a dolphin cruise excursion within walking distance which was great. There were nightly activities for kids and live music every night which we enjoyed but if you are looking for a nice quiet evening on your deck this will not be the place for you. The condo was exactly as pictured, clean and well decorated. However if you are planning on cooking meals there you should know there is absolutely no pantry items. It was disappointing to have to buy everything from salt and pepper to cooking oil and condiments just to throw everything away 3 days later. Overall though we had a great time with family at this condo.

Everything as expected
We were there for an event at the Warf. Condo was everything as expected!great to stay somewhere and not have to leave. Food, shopping, entertainment…all at the Warf. We stayed an extra day to enjoy time at the Oasis. Had a great day at the pool! Will stay again. This is actually our 4th stay at the Warf. We plan to return again!

Not good start to our vacation!
Property manager, Beach Ball Properties, did not communicate where the parking ramp was located so we called their office (after hours) & the ansering service had no idea how to help. After 30 minutes of searching a local person helped us. Finally got into our unit & it was a terrible mess. Beach Ball Properties did not check our unit before our arrivial. After several hours we finally we able to move in. The unit was as shown on the website but the carpeting was extremely dirty & stained. The furniture was fine but the grill was so rusted that it was not useable. Would not recommend using Beach Ball Properties!

Okay Condo But Lacking Guest Personal Communications
The Wharf was great with restaurants, shops, and entertainment. I will definitely visit Orange Beach again and stay at the Wharf, but I probably would not choose to stay at this condo. This condo is managed by a property management company and you felt there was a lack of personal investment in guest satisfaction. The condo was very nice, but not exceptional. The strange part of the process was the booking and communication. It was all automated. The reservation was made through VRBO; the reservation was changed via email. The code for the door was texted. Had I had a maintenance problem, I guess I would have had to email the property management company. We did not know who to notify when we left. No instructions were provided.

The condo itself was absolutely perfect. Tv in master is entirely too complicated, a written instruction would be helpful. Only issue we had was not with the condo but with parking. We were given no prior notification that assigned parking area would be closed entire weekend due to firework, so parking was extremely difficult New Year’s Eve we even had to park past amphitheater parking and walk to condo and then after crowd left early New Years morning- walk back to car and move it closer. This was not acceptable at all (as parking space is listed as included) and I believe is managements fault for no notification. Had we been told I would have made other arrangements.

The unit was clean and decorated nicely. It was perfect for the two of us. We were not happy with the TVs. The TV in the living area was very complicated, no instructions. Dish network kept going out. We tried watching the football game and got very frustrated due to the network going out. Need to fix that!! Secondly, the handheld showers were useless! We tried both bathroom showers, got no flow from either handheld. We need the handhelds to work. We specifically look for handhelds when booking a place. We were disappointed that neither one worked appropriately. Need to fix that also!!! Otherwise, our trip was great. We had a good and relaxing time.

The condo is decorated very nicely and is we were very comfortable, but badly in need of maintenance. The refrigerator ice maker was encased in ice and frozen solid, the air conditioner pan in guest bedroom was overflowing and leaking through the ceiling onto the carpet (we called maintenance and they came and drained/cleaned it), the carpet in master bedroom is worn out and very, very dirty. The condo is decorated well and we love the location…just needs some attention.

Overall Ok, check in was delayed due to "Covid" concerns which really screwed our plans up on first day. Did not get into condo well over an hour after check in. If it did not affect plans after would not have been a big deal. The Oasis was Ok for the 20 minutes we were there then a supposed fire in the equipment room for the pool chased us out. Night time at the Wharf was great for kids. A bit loud but did not keep us up at night. Several items in condo not working or minor repairs needed. 1) Ice machine in freezer and stand alone ice maker had frozen blocks of Ice so were not functioning. 2) Toilet Paper holders broker. 3) TV controls in living room too complicated or not functioning. No directions on how to use. There for only 3 nights and due to limited use of Oasis which is one reason why we stayed there not really worth it.

Great experience
We came to town to see family, not really go to the beach. Staying at the Wharf was perfect with all the things to do in one location. We didn’t even have to leave. The condo was very clean and loved how it was decorated. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats was the best!

Carpet dirty in guest Bedroom, large rug was put over to cover, and grandbaby kept tripping over it....no Hot water for washer, dryer took hours to dry stuff! Toilet paper holder was broke and left on floor . Light in Master closet was out. Called about several things but Noone ever came the whole week !!!! Construction wasS next door, pounding, drilling, I walked next door and knocked, a man came to the door said they were almost finished, However did not stop and continued next Day also. We payed to much money for this mess.
