Unit 102 is a 1-BR, 1.5-BA condo featuring a well-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, Wi-Fi, & balcony with an indirect beach view. Granite counters, stainless appliances, comfy furnishings, & coastal-inspired accents and décor make it easy to relax & enjoy the beach! Sleeps 4. NO monthly rentals.

The Space:
Harbour Place is located directly on the beach, near all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Orange Beach has to offer. The complex features a BBQ area, an indoor hot tub, & a swim-through (indoor/ outdoor) pool. A boardwalk connects the pool area to the beach making beach access a breeze. Unit 102 is a 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo (750 square footage), located on the elevated first level. This unit is on the west-side of the building and features indirect views of the gulf. The private balcony has seating for 4 and is the ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Improvements include complete kitchen renovation, fresh paint, new furnishings, and lovely décor. Coastal-inspired accents and décor make it easy to relax and get you ready to enjoy the beach. This super clean condo features: tile floors in the common area, caret in the bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen with granite and stainless, stack washer & dryer, and WIFI. The living area has a couch, which converts into a sleeper-sofa, a comfy chair, and a large flat-screen TV. A small dining table seats 2 plus 2 at the breakfast bar. The master features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, & private bath. With a king in the master and a sleeper-sofa in the living area, unit 102 can comfortably accommodate 4 guests.
