Retreat to the Primary suite, where you'll find a comfortable King bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct balcony access. Pamper yourself in the ensuite bathroom, which features a whirlpool tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity, providing a luxurious space to relax and rejuvenate.

The second bedroom offers another King bed and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom features a cozy Queen bed and a flat-screen TV as well. With comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests, Seachase 1601W is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a beachfront getaway.

For year-round enjoyment, our indoor pool provides a tranquil retreat, while our fitness room allows you to stay active during your stay. Plus, kids will love the splash pad, providing hours of fun and excitement.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

A Wonderful Getaway
I visited with a couple of girlfriends, and we were very pleased not only with the condo, but with the rental agency. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The condo is beautiful, the views are amazing, and we had all we needed for a comfortable few days in Orange Beach. Much fun was had by all, and we plan to visit again.

Wow this unit I has amazing views and the layout is perfect for a large group. Kitchen equipment could use an update, Lighting in bedrooms bad and TV wasn’t the best. Besides that we would rebook this unit again.

Great condo, great location, and even better view. We stayed with 2 other couples and had plenty of space and privacy. Everything worked as advertised but the main attraction of this condo is the Eastern facing beach view!!! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We had an excellent stay in the spacious condo that is described as it is in reality. The booking, payment, check in/out process was easy. The management responded to all correspondence in a timely manner. The condo was clean and well stocked. The location is on the beach where you can enjoy the sound of the waves in the balconyand close to everything. Recommend.

Memorial Day Stay
This was one of the best condos and stays that my family has had in Orange Beach. We loved that it was a gated resort with 24 hour security, the location was close to all of our favorite restaurants, shopping right across the street, and the beach was not crowded at all. We especially loved all the pools, splash pad, jacuzzi’s, and amenities the whole place had to offer! We are definitely saving this resort and specific condo for our future vacations!!

Solo Adulting Vacation
I booked this condo for my kids and I as their birthday trip. They’re 14 and 15 We brought a couple of their cousins who are about the same age. One thing I loved about this location was the sense of security on being able to access the property, parking and beach. I was the only adult so this was huge for me. The condo exceeded my expectations on space and views. It’s perfect for a family trip or a group of friends. We will definitely be booking again!
