Phoenix VI 815 is a 3 bedroom 2 bath gulf front condo that sleeps up to 11.

**CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION: Beginning August 12th, 2024 until March 10th, 2025 Phoenix VI will be modernizing their elevators. Phase one begins on August 19th, 2024: Two of the four elevators will be shut down for 14-15 weeks. Phase two will follow for an additional 14-15 weeks, and the two remaining elevators will be shut down during that timeframe. There may be construction noise associated with this project**

Phoenix 6 #815 is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condos that sleeps up to 11 people. The condo directly faces the white sandy beaches and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and is located on the East corner of the 8th floor.

A wonderful stay in Orange Beach

I highly recommend Prickett Properties! There were some initial issues with the cleanliness of the unit which happens sometimes whenever you travel. It’s just part of life. However, Prickett Properties acted swiftly and efficiently to remedy these issues. As for the unit, it met all our needs and beyond to accommodate our family. This was a great family vacation unit in which to stay! The view is difficult to beat at any US beach. I would 100% stay there again or at any other of the Prickett Properties.

We love our stay, the view was great, the amenities were awesome for the kids, we really enjoyed using the grill at the outdoor pool area. The only disappointment was the beds in the room with two queens were a little old.

Or stay at the condo was fantastic. It was clean. Check-in was easy. It was ready on time. The only thing I would mark off for is the Keurig coffee maker does not work correctly. But, other than that, our stay was great. We would definitely stay there again.

It was a nice condo for a family vacation. It wasn't as clean as it could be. My grand daughter was crawling, and her knees and legs were black. We cleaned the floor while we were there to prevent it happening again.

Nice property

Great place to bring little ones. My kids aren’t big enough to do the beach just yet but we spent a ton of time at the pool. Very spacious unit. Balcony was right under the flight path for the airport and my son loved watching the planes come in all day. We did hit a hiccup with the property when they needed to shut off the water to the whole building for a few hours to do maintenance, but the rental company was prompt in responding to our requests to make it right. Would definitely stay again.

I liked the indoor pool area and views but besides that, the place is in need of a face-lift. The areas where you wait for the elevators is completely enclosed and is like a sauna. If they could create an opening in the windows it would make it so much better. The condo itself was outdated and the beds were uncomfortable. We had to place a sofa pillow behind the headboard because it would bang against the wall every time you move. The electrical outlets were so lose in the walls that most of our phone charger plugs would fall out. We stayed in a place that slept 10 people but only provided 6 towels for the entire place. All in all I just felt like if the owners put a little more care into this place it would be a much better experience.

Nice Enough…Terrible Parking

The unit itself was nice…a little outdated but nice enough. My only real complaint is about the parking. The parking situation at this property is terrible! Not only did we have to pay extra for parking passes (you would think spending several thousand dollars would include parking) but there wasn’t always parking available. Some of our group had to park several miles away which was terribly inconvenient. I will definitely research the parking situation better before booking my next trip to OB.

Wonderful!

This was our first time visiting Orange Beach so we weren't sure what to expect. Let me tell you it did not disappoint! The condo was exactly as it was pictured and fit our family well. The only complaints we had is the queen bedroom needs curtains or better blinds. There was no way to block out the sunlight and even attempt to sleep in. Also, there were limited blankets besides what was on the beds already. So if you want to use the pull couch you will need to bring blankets or buy some when you get there like we did. Other than these minor things our stay was absolutely great and we will difinitely be back! Thank you for a great place to stay!
