Great condo with amazing views
The condo was in a perfect location and provided fantastic views of the bay. We would literally sit on the balcony and watch the constant movement of boats during our down time. The condo was clean and spacious and located in close proximity to the marina and Cobalt restaurant. It was an amazing week.

Beautiful condo and view!
My family of 10 (5 adults and 5 kids) had an amazing time at the Caribe! Kids used the insta bed with no complaints. Condo was very spacious and clean. Large patio overlooking the gulf! Pools and lazy river were great. Beach shuttle was quick there and back. Good lunch options at the snack bar with cocktails by pool. Will definitely return next year!

Needs renovating/updating
This is an expensive property and have stayed @ the Caribe for the last 5 years but in different units. If you charge that much for people to stay update your furniture or have it cleaned every so often, fix the stove and oven - even the small separate microwave had smoke coming out of it, paint the walls - pictures were taken down, putty was used to cover the whole in the walls, linens did not look clean.

Family Spring Break
The Caribe is a beautiful property but if you are looking for a quiet or relaxing vacation spot, this is not the place...at least during Spring Break. Children and teens will find this place absolutely amazing but for parents it seems a little more "Lord of the Flies" with large groups of seemingly unsupervised youth running rampant throughout the building and grounds. Our unit had a beautiful view and was nicely furnished but upon arrival I did have to notify the management company that several items were broken. The jacuzzi tub in the master suite had a note that it had been out of service since 9/2022, the glass top stove had a large chunk missing from the front corner, the microwave door was missing/broken (although a counter top unit was provided), and one of the floor lamps was bent/broken in the living room. While none of this hindered our enjoyment of the week, it was not disclosed prior to the rental, nor was the unit discounted. Also, the Caribe's lazy river and that entire pool deck is out of service until June or July...which also was not disclosed on the rental site. We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay and when we rented a boat from a nearby marina were able to dock it there at the Caribe. Also, the food at Cobalt which adjoins the property is amazing. However, for the price there are numerous other properties in the area that are more adult friendly. I will not return to the Caribe until my granddaughter is old enough to want to come with a group of friends and join in the chaos.

Disappointed in the unit sleeping arrangements and parking
Bedrooms 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 10 Master - 1 king Guest - 1 king guest - 1 queen, 1 double Living Room - 1 sleep sofa /futon, EZ Bed This is the sleeping arrangements that's listed in the ad but in reality, there is no sleeper sofa/futon in the living room and the EZ bed is very uncomfortable. My grandkids wouldn't sleep on it. So in other words, it claims to be able to sleep 10 but in reality it only sleeps 8. And the parking was awful. The first night we came in around 10:00 PM and had to park by the entrance gate because there were no spots any closer. They claim to have open spots in the underground parking but there were none to be had. The grandkids loved, loved the lazy river but when they played at that pool, every day they came home with splinters in their hands and feet from the decking. Twice the splinters were quite large which made for some pretty sad kids. Other than that, our stay was just fine. Also thru VRBO, there's a $140 booking charge added to the amount of the reservation. I was not aware of this charge until after it was taken out of my account. I hope they post this review so other people will be aware of these things.

Disappointing stay at Caribe
We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this is, by far, the most poorly maintained unit we have ever experienced. The management company did respond to our concerns by sending a housekeeping person to the unit so we could show them the issues and the did repair a shower bar with an outward facing sharp exposed screw. The cooktop was damaged with a large section of exposed glass which is a safety hazard. While a stand alone microwave was provided, the inset microwave was missing the front. The ice maker did not work. The upholstery of sectional and chairs were stained, worn, and one section of the sectional was broken. The toilet seat in second king room as so scarred and stained that it felt unsettling to use it. The unit is badly in need of paint. Outdoor furniture tabletop of warped and uneven and of the three remaining cushions on chairs (should be 6), they were very dirty and one had cigarette holes. We requested a partial refund for our stay with no response from the manager. until these issues are rectified, we do not recommend renting this unit. Caribe was fine. Pools and exterior spaces are fine and enjoyable for families. There are roughly 600 units across 3 buildings and parking for more than 1 vehicle is a challenge.

FALL TRIP
This unit overall was great. Loved I had an option for early arrival. A few items to bring to your attention. The water pressure in the kitchen sink was virtually nonexistent making it hard to fill the sink or do dishes. Although I know the floors had been mopped as they were still wet when we arrived but they are not CLEAN. We had a toddler and baby and dirty floors are not ideal. When walking around in socks they became very dirty from the floor. I am a neat freak and cleanliness is THE MOST IMPORTANT thing to me. The living room furniture in the photo, large couch, was not what was in the unit and when booking for a larger group ample seating is expected and it was not what was available. The side chairs were stained and gross looking. They at a minimum need cleaned. All other areas were fine and none of this deterred from our stay or the time we spent there. Just wanted to bring these few things up so you can address them if you feel so inclined. I would still definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Reserving and checking in was easy. The beds were comfy and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Plenty of soft towels. It could have had a little more attention to details in the cleaning, like dusty cornerstone and baseboards, but the important space were clean. The balcony really needs more/better furniture, but I bet that is in the plan seeing how many never furnishings were in the unit.

Great location - needs a better cleaning service and repairs
We enjoyed the location of the room and the property. However, there are many repairs that need to be done. The oven and microwave are missing the front panel and the cook top is missing a portion of the glass making it dangerous. We found trash under beds. The floors were so dirty we had to sweep as soon as we checked in. Wanted to mop but there was not a mop available.

Broken...old.. run down...but beautiful views
Although we did enjoy the views and location.. we found our condo had several things broken.... furniture very worn. For the money we spent on it I expected much better... Furniture whatever..but broken stove and oven along with the walls that looked like they were in repair. We have stayed at several other places that were much much nicer and less expensive. Also the people working at the resort we're not very welcoming.

A Fun Place to Stay
It was a very nice condo, lots of room for 8 older ladies to play cards and enjoy the accommodations. Only thing we hated was our floors were very nasty... it's a fun place to stay.

Unit needs a very good deep cleaning - floors, walls , refrigerator/freezer , commodes were dirty , under the couch was dirty , housekeeping doesn't do a very good job at all with cleaning this unit - I'm not sure they even mop or anything , laundry room light was out but fixed after a few days of letting manager know and using a flashlight to see , flat top stove corner is broke off ,food crumbs also left around the edges of the flat top stove, microwave door broke and housekeeping didn't even seem to attempt to clean the crumbs out from underneath it or cover it up with card board or tape it off or anything but did replace with a countertop microwave , kitchen appliances need to be reorganized - the unit is also very dusty, we did enjoy our time here but the owner needs to address the poor housekeeping and up keep of this unit-

Nice, but not worth it
The condo was nice, but there weren’t any towels in the master bath, the door to the microwave was missing, and no pot holders were found. Property was nice but the inconvenience of the microwave and pot holders and lack of towels for bathing made it not worth it.

Family friendly venue.
Nice facilities for young children. Many choices of pools, recreational fishing and mini golf. Our condo was spacious and clean with great views of the bay.
