All Emerald Skye units offer one car parking, direct gulf view, private balcony, outdoor seasonally heated pool, bar-b-que grills, & beautiful white sand. If watching from the balcony dolphins can be seen feeding daily. The lighted pier next door provides a spectacular view of the ocean waves all night. This unit features: new flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, comfortable recliner, king bed, bunk beds, stack laundry & ceramic tile floors throughout. Bunk area can be closed off from living room and bedroom for privacy. The elevator & luggage carts are conveniently located & the front door has keyless entry lock so you never have to use a key!

Great central Orange Beach location near restaurants, fishing, parks, shopping, marinas and the world famous Flora-Bama. To the east it's a 30 minute drive to Pensacola, Florida where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels) and the Naval Flight Museum. To the west it's a 1 hour drive to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. A short drive west from Mobile are the Biloxi Casinos. I have stayed at emerald skye numerous times. I love it there. I don’t stay anywhere else when i go to orange beach. It is always clean and has the best beach view. I will rent this unit again

Great view, great sunsets, perfect location. We stayed for a month and were very comfortable. Nothing fancy but got all the things you need--just as listed! The dock being right outside makes evening walks/views from the deck pretty darn amazing.

We came down to Orange Beach to celebrate my oldest granddaughter's HS Graduation. The weather was great, the view from our condo was terrific and the condo was clean. We would stay here again.

Very enjoyable stay!
Great location in the heart of Orange Beach. It is easy to enter, exit and park, and in a low-density area. The condo has been updated, very clean, the king size bed very comfortable, and the condo has everything you would need for a stay. Jason communicates well and is very attentive if you have a question, etc.

Girl’s trip!
Great trip to the beach. Nice condo with short walk to the beach. Gorgeous weather. Beach wasn’t crowded. The only down side was hearing dumpster being emptied every morning between 5-6am. This is outside owner’s control though. Great condo, great price!

A good choice
Nice place to stay for a family of 4 or 5! The building is a little outdated but kept up nice and great walkway very close to the beach! We would stay here again, the condo was super clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, the bedroom has a nice large bed and newer furniture with plenty of room for storage! The bunk beds were nice for children. The only thing we needed was sheets and pillowcases for the couch bed! The price was great and we definitely would recommend it!

Room was perfect, everything worked like it should. Location is perfect! Owner responded quick to any questions. When I called he answered. Parking pass was missing out room, so he was able to come right over and give it to us! Would recommend bringing own pillows from home if you have neck issues, pillows are real flat!!

Perfect Oceanside condo
The condo was in a great location. Sitting on the balcony and watching the waves come in was fantastic. The condo was clean and updated. We stayed in C35 and the only downside was the ceiling fan was broke, and the A/C made a rumbling sound and it turned on and off constantly. This was in the bedroom. I did tell Jason about it.

Property possible black mold
The bedroom has possible water damage and black mold. Poor quality furniture and appliances, not up to my cleanliness standards. They were working on the building ALL WEEK. It was very loud. I would spend a little more money for a nicer place, but the reviews were good on this one. I'm not sure why. Location is fine, but anywhere is asking that strip.

Was not told ahead of time about construction. Could not use our balcony for 2 days. The painters got paint on our car. The smell of epoxy kept me from the pool.
