Beautiful ninth floor three bedroom, three bath, luxury unit overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in the best part of Orange Beach, with indoor heated pool , outdoor pool, tennis court, spacious parking, across from shopping facilities, approximately 30 miles between Mobile, AL and Pensacola, FL.

Three large bed rooms , three large bathroom. The rooms are professionally decorated with luxury furniture on top of ceramic tile floors. This beautiful unit has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico’s blue water.

The gulf front master bedroom has king size bed , LCD/HD television, DVD player and access to the balcony through a separate door, the huge master bathroom with double vanity , Jacuzzi , separate shower and walk-in closet.

The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed , closet, LCD/HD television, DVD player, and its own bathroom with vanity and shower. The second guest bed room has two full beds, closet ,LCD/HD television , DVD , very large bathroom with vanity, tub and shower.

The living room with spacious gulf front balcony has been decorated with beautiful flowers and wall hangings, entertainment center, 35" flat screen television, DVD player, stereo and high speed internet access.

The dining room is occupied with comfortable chairs around the beautiful wood table next to kitchen counter and bar stools. The kitchen has all kinds of appliances including refrigerator , icemaker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric mixer, utensils , all kinds of dishes , pots and pans. Laundry room includes large capacity separate washer and dryer, iron, iron board and vacuum cleaner.

Girl's Getaway
Seven of the girls in our family were able to take a 4 night getaway to Orange Beach in November. The condo worked perfectly for our group. It was spacious and clean and comfortable! The location was great- close to everything we needed. The boardwalk to the beach was nice and convenient as well. Our host was wonderful to work with and stayed in touch to make sure we didn't need anything. It was a great trip that we all enjoyed so much!

Great short stay!
This property was great. The beds were comfortable. The unit and the facility was clean and conveniently located just across the street from a Walmart market. The host was very responsive and sent us suggestions for local spots. The pool was pretty as well as the views.

condo at Orange Beach
the condo was not clean. we discovered bedbugs in the beds we did call the owner and we were moved to another condo which was away from the original place that we had planned for where our other party was staying. It caused issues with transportation and anxiety for us. I did ask for a refund because of all the issues that we encountered but have not heard back from her.

The pictures do not give this condo the correct vision. This condo was absolutely stunning! The entire condo was spotless, the bedrooms were spacious, and the view was amazing! All stores are in walking distance and there is plenty to do. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone planning a trip to Orange Beach! Pari was super responsive and available to our needs. We loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great location!!
The unit is as described. We all had our own room along with bathroom. Plenty of overall space. The room size was average for each room. The condo is decorated as shown in pictures. We had plenty of essentials provided by the property owner. Pari reached out to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The reason for four stars instead of five is the king size bed was annoying as the headboard isn’t attached to the bed frame and any time one moves it knocks against the wall. Overall, loved the unit and we would definitely reserve again.

Clean, well equipped. Nice building, nice area with markets across the street and some restaurants in immediate area. Check-in/check-out was simple with no hassles. The only problem was the toilet handle in the master bath broke. I messaged the owner and she sent someone right away to fix it. Pari, the owner was so sweet and accommodating. She even offered us 2 extra nights at the same rate and of course we said yes because who doesn't want some extra beach time! We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to hopefully staying at this unit again.

Fall Break
A spontaneous last minute booking. My grand-daughter asked for the beach, so away we went. We love Gulf Shores and this was the perfect location. The unit was clean and spacious. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and everyone was comfortable. The pool is amazing with zero entry, beach was beautiful and the parking was so convenient. Will definitely stay there again. Pari is very responsive to any needs.

Great girls trip location
Property was clean, up to date, pool area was nice, short boardwalk to beach, and not too crowded, as it's a smaller unit. The only concern was limited parking, which is accommodated with overflow, but overflow is a short distance away and $25/day/vehicle. I don't think this is rental management's issue, as a significant portion of the lot is reserved for residents. At any rate, an excellent place to stay.

Family Vacation 2023
We have always been last minute when it comes to vacations or mini trips. This one was no different. We booked this trip less than a week before our arrival. Pari made everything so easy. Communication was A+ with all of the directions for check-in and key codes. The unit was much nicer than we expected for a last minute trip. It had everything we needed including a jacuzzi. 🙂 I would highly recommend this unit to friends, family, or just anyone in general. We had a great time and will book again for our next vacation.

Spacious Gulf Front with Responsive Owner
This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo is spacious and well-located. Beautiful Gulf views from the balcony and primary bedroom. Huge Wal-Mart and restaurants within easy walking distance. The owner was very responsive to a few minor issues and had both repair and cleaning services available for same-day attention. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and the full size refrigerator / freezer kept up well with making ice and keeping our groceries cool and ready to take to the beach. Bring your own cooler and beach towels and plan to buy additional basics like paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher detergent. There’s a full size washer and dryer; bring or buy your own detergent and dryer sheets. The hall closet has lots of beach toys to borrow. Next time we’ll pack a collapsible wagon (for Wal-Mart runs) and beach chairs, to avoid the daily $40/day vendor fee for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. (Price as of March, 2023).
