This premium condo at Phoenix East II has been totally updated. Granite and quartz counters throughout, stainless steel appliances, double sinks in master vanity area. Large flat screen TV's in every room 50” Samsung smart (2nd bdrm) 55” Samsung smart ( main bdrm), 55”Samsung Smart Tv in living room. Two king size beds and queen sofa sleeper.
Washer & dryer and Free WiFi.
This is a low density building so the elevator
wait is minimal. Indoor, outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness room, sauna, lighted tennis courts, BBQ grills, half court basketball, indoor racquetball. Guests are allowed to use amenities at Phoenix East and Phoenix East II. Beach umbrella and chairs are available for rental.
This unit is on the 11th floor and has one of the best views of the gulf and Perdido Pass.
Great for watching the boats and dolphins enter the gulf.

Fabulous location
What a spectacular view!! From checking in to settling in and enjoying the facilities, this is such a lovely place to stay. The property is fully stocked with everything you need. The beds are super comfortable. The balcony furniture is comfortable for watching the sunrise or sunset. We would definitely recommend for relaxing vacation in the beach.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and the condo. It rained the entire time, unfortunately, so it would have been time to have some recommendations of things to do. The cleaning was overall good, there were a few areas where the cleaning could have been improved.

If you’re looking for a nice place close to the Marina and restaurants this a a good one. Enjoyed watching the dolphins and boats come in and out of harbor.

I celebrated my 50th birthday in Orange Beach with friends and family. The condo was very clean, decorated very nice, and well maintained. Location is very convenient to restaurants. The condo looked even nicer than in the pics!! The view was amazing!!

Charming Condo, Great Experience, and Pleasant Surprises!
Our group found the condo to be exactly what we needed for our stay. It was updated and had a cute charm to it, although it was a bit smaller than expected. The fireworks on the beach were a delightful surprise and added to our experience. Overall, we had a great time and I'm looking forward to returning. Thank you for your excellent service!

The unit Is decorated well, colors are perfect for the beach. The furniture is comfortable, including the beds, and the bathrooms are spacious. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils along with appliances.

We had a very enjoyable week at this condo. We did have one issue with the AC that was prioritized by staff and no further issues. What a great location for a family vacation. We will be rebooking again next year.

Great location, great condo
Week stay, with family staying in other units on-site. This specific unit was decorated and setup very nicely. Lots of space and comfortable furniture. Unit and properth very nicely maintained. Outdoor pool is good size, just a little chilly, but it was early April. Beach location was great, and location is very close to quite a few restaurants and stores. You check-in next door at the other building, but was pretty simple and quick. Indoor pool was adequete, just not a lot seating, but it wasnt an issue. Overall enjoyed another stay down in OB, and really enjoyed this property and unit PS (beds = comfy and great view from 11th floor)

Beautifully decorated condo, has everything you need to enjoy a vacation away from home. We just love this area! Daily beach walks, shell hunting, fishing if you want. The view from the balcony was stellar!

This condo building is in a wonderful location to take in everything in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area and what a great view off the balcony! The unit is very attractive, clean, well maintained, and comfortable which makes for a very pleasant stay..and the property owner was wonderful and responsive to any questions we had! Absolutely stunning condo with high end finishes. Check in and out was quick and streamlined. Cleanliness is obviously top priority. Both bedrooms are large with beautiful finishes. Balcony gives stunning view and comfortable.Quick note bring your own beach chairs as $80.00 per day charge is standard. Will book again soon!!
