You will enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in this 1 bedroom condo. Floor to ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. It has everything you need for a great beach getaway...located on the 4th floor directly beach front.. from the balcony you can enjoy the ocean breeze and views of boats passing through Perdido Pass.

Master bedroom offers a King bed and a flat screen TV. Living room has a 55" flat screen TV and a Queen sofa sleeper making the unit able to accommodate a total of 4 guests.

Updated fully equipped kitchen features full size refrigerator, glass top stove with oven, dishwasher and all the small kitchen appliances to make your stay feel like home. Also includes full size washer and dryer located inside unit.

Free Wi-fi offered inside unit and throughout the building.

Great mini vacay
The property was very clean and the views were amazing! The only issue is that it appears that one parking pass is included with your stay. However, that is not the case and there is an $55 parking pass cost at check-in. Not a huge issue, just wish the listing was a little clearer about parking.

Nice property, bring your own chairs
Property was very nice a better understanding of needing to rent beach chairs would have been nice. Places we have stayed on other beach's provided chairs. Bring your own chair if you don't want to rent would be nice to see in description of amenities. Also put a key drop box for early checkout in Building you're staying in.

Lovely condo right on the beach with amazing views. Bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on as were the pillows!! Great location and a quick drive from very good restaurants and a Public and Walmart. Owner contacted me right after we checked in to male sure everything was great and it was!

Overall, the stay was good. Condo was as stated and great view of the beach. Bathroom sink drained slow, but not a deal breaker. I didn't like the surprise $55 charge for parking. I figure that I am already spending good money for the stay and shouldn't have to pay to park where I am staying.

This condo was an absolute dream! This beachfront oasis captivated us with its stylish decor, luxurious amenities, and breathtaking ocean views. The condo was just a described. The location was great! We LOVED sitting on the balcony & watching the boats coming & going through Perdido Pass. Everyone was super nice & friendly! There was even an unexpected fireworks show on the beach provided by a neighboring building which was awesome! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here! Unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (just needed to buy some dish soap for washing dishes). Loved sitting out on the balcony every morning with coffee and watching the beach. The beach was beautiful. I can't wait to come back!

My husband and I enjoyed our three night stay in this beautifully decorated condo. It was clean which is always important to me. The bed was comfortable. Our favorite spot was the balcony with a comfortable table and chairs and beautiful view of the beach from the 4th floor. It was a quick elevator ride down and short walk on the boardwalk to the beach. There were so many things to do that we didn't even use like the tennis courts, racketball courts, exercise room, and large pool. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We used Ike's beach service that provided an umbrella and 2 chairs, but there were two beach chairs in our room. In this condo you are provided with one roll of toilet paper and paper towels and enough detergent for one load of laundry and one load of dishes in the dish washer, so you might throw in some extra if you think you need it. We enjoyed eating at the Shrimp Basket, Cobalt, and Moe's BBQ.
