The building has ground floor 1st and 2nd floor.
My family and I live in the same habitat and specifically on the 1st and 2nd floor above the ground floor that is available for rent.
I give my guests space but i am available when needed.

APARTMENT RULES & SERVICES

3. Parties and events are not allowed.
4.Common quiet hours: 15: 00-17: 00 & 00: 00-07: 00.
5. Departure time no later than 11:00 am.
6. Apartment cleaning during the stay is an optional service with an extra charge of 15 € each time.
7. Linen & towels change during the stay is an optional service with an extra charge of 5 € per set. The set includes one bath towel, one face towel, one hand towel, two pillow cases, one duvet case and one bed sheet.
8. Transfer of guests from the Macedonia Macedonia airport to the apartment and vice versa is an optional service and is provided at a charge of € 25 per route. It is a prerequisite that the request is communicated to the host at least 3 hours in advance.
9. The use of the fireplace is optional and is offered for an extra charge of 6 € per day. The woods are provided by the host from 1/10 until 31/5.
10. Unlimited use of BBQ for the whole stay with a charge of 15 €. The purchase and supply of charcoal is the responsibility of the visitor.
