Gut: Großer Parkplatz Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 3 min zu Fuß Unser Zimmer mit Balkon war ein sehr großes Zimmer, gutes und bequemes Bett. Sauber renoviert und einladend. Frühstück gut,reichhaltig. Negativ : Das Restaurant/Biergarten bietet nur Flammkuchen und Hamburger an, da fehlt noch was. Das Lokal ist so gut, die könnten viel mehr machen und anbieten.

The Perfect Schwarzwald Hotel!
This was our second family stay. Very nice hotel with a great breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoy exploring the Schwarzwald from here.

This was a pretty hotel in a great location for an overnight stay. Staff were good but there should have been more on the cafe and reception area. Would recommend to others. Great view from our room and food was good although a little expensive for what you got.

Mooie ligging, prima kamers maar waardeloze servic
Het hotel ligt op een prachtige locatie, de kamer is prima, jammer dat je op het terras je eigen drankjes binnen moet halen en gelijk moet afrekenen. De grootste domper kwam om 5 voor half negen in de avond. Na een wandeling wilden wij nog een kop koffie. Het restaurant zou tot half 9 open zijn. De dames achter de bar hadden echter haast om naar huis te gaan en hadden besloten het koffie apparaat al uit te zetten. Koffie kregen wij niet meer en thee was ook te veel gevraagd. Voor mij een no go. Klantvriendelijkheid staat niet op het lijstje van het hotel. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Oopenau kies ik voor hotel restaurant Rebstock. Daar hebben wij heerlijk gegeten en daar weet men wel hoe je klanten dient te behandelen.

Wir sind für eine Übernachtung angereist und kamen am Ruhetag des Hotels an. Leider konnten wir erst nicht einchecken da unsere Zimmerkarten nicht in den Schlüsselkästen auffindbar waren. Freundlicherweise kam der Chef des Hotels nach einem kurzen Telefonat schnell vorbei und gab uns die Zimmerkarten sodass wir einchecken konnten. Die Zimmer waren schön groß und in sehr gutem Zustand. Leider wurde für unser Kind keine extra Bettwäsche hergerichtet sodass wir nachts keine Decke und Kissen für ihn hatten. Da das Personal nicht im Haus war, haben wir die Nacht dann so überbrückt. Schade da bei Buchung 3 Personen angegeben wurden. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Eine größere Käseauswahl wäre schön gewesen da es bei unserem Aufenthalt nur eine Sorte Scheibenkäse gab. Fleischerzeugnisse gab es mehr. Deklariert war es leider nicht sodass man nicht wusste, was man da zu sich nahm. Auf Wunsch wurde einem aber frische Waffeln zubereitet was toll ist Eine schöne Kinderspielecke ist auch vorhanden.
