" I had an excellent stay at this motel in Whakatane. The room was big and very comfortable, with a separate bedroom and a living room with a kitchen. The bed was super comfy, and the couch was great to relax on. The TV had lots of channels, and its position was perfect for watching. The kitchen was quite large and had everything we needed. There was also a good-sized desk for studying. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. They even accommodated us for an extra night when we decided to stay longer. Overall, I am really happy with my stay. I was with my daughter, and we both enjoyed it so much that we will definitely come back. This is one of the best motels I have stayed at in Whakatane. Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful 4-night stay in Diane's very comfortable caravan. We loved the view from the property and being able to watch the tides come and go. The kitchen was well appointed, the bed comfortable, bathroom facilities were excellent, and the deck fantastic: even in heavy rain we were comfortable moving about. We loved the peace and quiet and hope to visit again. Diane was quick, polite and friendly to deal with and the whole experience was great!"
