"very nice vertical house in center of old town. great location near restaurants and coffee shops. very clean. easy access and departure. not a property for people who struggle with stairs. hot water in showers is a little tricky. shower in one of the bathrooms needs a door, and washing machine could use some written instructions. overall, we enjoyed it, and recommend it with the few caveats already mentioned."

Almost every dish we pulled out was dirty and unfortunately we kept having to deal with ants by the front door area, where the garbage/recycling bins were. Communication with the host was ok. I didn't get responses to questions asked prior to arriving, which is bad form. "

"Abbiamo passato una settimana in questa casa, all’apparenza piccola ma in realtà abbastanza spaziosa, le stanze sono grandi e i letti comodi. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari: vari elettrodomestici, forno a microonde, Wi-Fi, lavatrice ecc Il paesino, Santa Maria Oliveto, è piccolo ma caratteristico, ottima la vicinanza all’ospedale Neuromed e a pochi minuti di macchina sono raggiungibili vari supermercati e negozi. "The pictures do not do justice to this great apartment! It is fresh, modern and well appointed. Our host went out of his way to welcome us and was easy to communicate with. We were two couples traveling together and the apartment worked out well for us. The panoramic views over the old town and then the mountains beyond are breathtaking! The location is excellent for a visit to Sulmona, minutes away from sights, shops and restaurants. "
