Condo itself needs a few fixes: TV remote missing and no Tv instructions, silverware was sparse and blinds to balcony need repair or replace. "Room was clean and location was great. Room was well supplied. Biggest complaint is the parking lot. Plenty of room for parking but the walk to the lifts is a slippery one. That is the nature of winter in the mountains. I suggest grabbing gear from locker and cutting across to the road by the dumpster and walking through there and not the parking lot. "

"There was nothing that needed improvement on this stay. From the location, to the ease of communication to the cleanliness. They have thought of everything! Our teenagers had plenty of space sleeping on the living room foldout. The residence felt spacious even with them sleeping in the living room. The kitchen had everything you could need. A quick gondola ride to the grocery store and we were set. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"We came in for a ski weekend at Silverton Mountain. We have stayed at several VRBOs in town and this one ranks up there on the top of our list of favorite places we have stayed. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen which was well stocked with utensils/pots/pans etc. the main areas was cozy to chill and watch movies on the FireTV. Plenty of books ago hang out ski gear and leave our boots to dry at night. Brand new construction and tastefully decorated. Bed was comfy! Thanks for a great stay....

"Avantstay was terrible to deal with. Two hours before our check in, they tell us we no longer have the condo we wanted and paid for. The "bathroom did not get remodeled in time". They never mentioned anything was wrong with the bathroom and i booked 2 months in advance. They switch us to another unit that was far worse. "We stayed here for 5 days. Overall impression was good. Could use some better lighting through out the unit. Maybe switch to some LED lighting. We were the only ones staying there at first then someone else checked in above us. Noise became a issue for us. It is a great location with the river running beside it.
