"The staff were helpful and polite and location was wonderful. I was fisappounted that we stayed 5 nights and asked for a later departure even just an hour and was told no. They came to clean our room on departure day at exactly 12 with zero grace period which i found very bad service especiallt since we had spent considerable $ on our booking. I also gad mentioned it was my 50th birthday when booking and this wasnt acknowledged. Have stayed a better hotels. Good not great "

"The location of Citadine Les Halles was fantastic. Both RER and metro links at Chatelet which is within 20m walking distance to the accommodation and there are lots of dining options around. The apartment itself was functional and had everything you need for a short stay. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The only downside was that the rooms were not cleaned nor fresh towels or replenished sundry items during our 3 night stay. "
