SVe je bilo odlično! Hrana je odlična, zaista vrlo raznolika i ukusna. Bazen je ok. Svidjela nam se terasa vani, ima predivan pogled na Opatiju, a nekako je sve mirno i opuštajuće. Hotel blizu centra, super za prošetati. Osoblje vrlo ljubazno.

ce n’est pas un 4.5 étoile mais plus un 3 étoile
Pas d’air conditionné dans la chambre,pas de wifi dans la chambre ou plutôt un très faible signal, pas de toile ou rideau sombre dans une fenêtre pour couper la lumière extérieure.porte de douche qui ne ferme pas bien.Au moment de location, le coût du parking semblait inclus dans le prix mais ce n’était pas le cas.

Needs renovation
The check in was slow and we had to wait 15- minutes for someone to take our luggage to our room because there was only one older gentleman who was overwhelmed with guests arriving. The room smelled and looked like it was lasted renovated in 1960. The bathroom was to small to be properly used. When you open the door it hits the toilet and two people can not be in there at the same time. The hot tub on our deck did not work and upon check out they tried to charge us with someone else’s bar tab. Even though we showed them the signatures did not match. There system for keeping track needs to be updated on a positive note the view from the villa is gorgeous If the hotel would upgrade the facility this could be an outstanding villa.

We loved the outdoor sitting area looking out over the water. We have never seen a more outstanding display of food and drinks for breakfast. It was truly amazing.

We had the most Fabulous view from our superior balcony room. Do not miss the customized omelettes during Breakfast! Nice salt water pool and delightful swimming in the ocean below the hotel sea wall. Bring snorkeling gear!

Expedia adv. shows nice hotel, lobby and room. We were on the Villa aside, terrible looking, old lobby smelling, room small, shower and bathroom dating from the 70’s. They should advertise this section as a different hotel, they are advertising their main hotel as a 5 stars, but Villa is a 3 maximum!

Hotel fronts on the Adriatic Sea and own private b
It was a walk back in history. Taking a stroll on the same walkway that was frequented by the Austro-Hungarian Emperor was very cool. The balcony view had a stunning day time and nighttime view. The restaurant breakfast was fit for an Emperor. This was definitely a jewel in our travel experience.

Trevligt hotell för par med tillgång till restauranger och bad i närheten. Lite struligt med parkeringen där vi nyttjade hotellets parkering för euro per dygn. Frukosten och middagsbuffen var bra och kan rekommenderas.

Dreamy romance and relaxation!
Incredible views, great suites, excellent service. This place was a dream! Opatija is a bit of a sleepy town, perfect for romance and relaxation. Sea access here was perfect along with the saltwater pool and spa experience. We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival, just because it was available, and the private deck over the Lungo Mare and Adriatic sea was literally a dream come true. Breakfast and dinner were included. It was great to have this convenience however the food was buffet and not so great but convenient and fine. the room was clean and comfortable. This is the perfect spot for honeymooners. I would definitely recommend and would love to return again.

Hotel with borrowed image material
The hall and the corridors are a little shabby and worn-out. The elegant hall shown on the image material is borrowed from the neighbour hotel. The staff in the lobby in the neighbour hotel, where we were to check in, was impolite and reprimanding. The room was ok, however, small. All facilities like pool, access to the sea and the restaurant were in the neighbour hotel. The food was marked by routine. The parking place was closed by a bar which could only be operated by the staff in the neighbour hotel. The hotel had awarded itself four stars. I wonder if this is not on the basis of the borrowed image material. When checking out which also took place in the neighbour hotel we were presented to a parking fee of 70 kn a day, totally 140 kn, corresponding to 20 euro. It does not appear anywhere on hotel.com that we were to pay for parking. And the hotel did not inform us of the parking fee till the day of checking out. Usually, hotel.com informs of possible parking fees.
