This beautiful villa with pool is one of five villas below the Uka Mountains and above the Opatija Riviera. The unique location offers an enchanting view of the Kvarner Bay, proximity to beaches and tourist destinations, entertainment and restaurants and complete seclusion from the summer hustle and bustle. The proximity of the Uka Nature Park guarantees you a refreshing night's sleep and particularly clean, salty and iodised air. The spacious interiors are equipped with fitness equipment, mini wellness and wine cellar, and this villa also has a garage for four cars. The fenced garden offers children's facilities and a large swimming pool. Large terraces invite you to watch the starry sky with a glass of wine, and for active evenings you can descend to magical Opatija, less than ten kilometres away.
