"Enjoyable stay at Avon Apartments. The occupants in the next unit were not very considerate as they made considerable noise early in the morning, however it was still a positive experience overall. We didn't realise that the chiefs were playing at nearby FMG Stadium until we arrived back to find all of the street parking was occupied. Luckily there was still an off street parking space available."

"One thing to know is this Bach is that it’s about a 10 minute drive from Raglan. You must have a car to get around the area. That said we loved the location, so private. The view of ocean is amazing but beware there is no beach at this location. The unit was well equipped and we enjoyed the outdoor deck area and spa. Hope to be back soon!"

"The apartment is comfortable and was very convenient to eateries being on the main street of Hamilton, the downside was that it is noisy at night. My suggestion is that if you want to be in the middle of town, this is a good option but if you want peace and quiet, you should look for somewhere off the main st. The TV is nearly dead and desperately needs replacing."

"The lake is right across the road from the residency. The house itself is neat and clean. There is also a well equipped kitchen. We were traveling in a group of six and we like to cook so it is perfect for us. The location is great. It's a pity that we didn't really have time to walk around but we did manage to take a walk along the walkway around the lake."
