"Excellent hotel! Room with queen bed was very large. Updated bathrooms and bedroom. This hotel felt like a 4 star hotel. It was right on the canal and the heart of the city. Very highly recommended for the price. We visited in early March so the price may have been more reasonable. "

The rooms have USB outlets so if you forgot your converters you are okay. Breakfast was also good. Hotel is connected to the mall for easy access to shopping and other amenities. "Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. There was a jacuzzi bath in our room but...

"I loved the location. So close to the Christmas markets. Only thing, it’s so close that when I arrived, my taxi couldn’t drop me off in front. I had to walk with my luggage about 2-3 blocks. I was exhausted from travel so that was an unpleasant surprise. The room has the toilet separated from the shower and sink which is unusual to me. But comfortable room with great location. "
