My second stay at this home and it was just as awesome as the first stay. The property is so beautiful and very well maintained. The owners were very friendly and responsive. Check in and out was very simple and easy. I highly recommend this property and I hope to be able to visit again in the future.

Perfect home away from home!
The house was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the view was amazing! We had privacy to just hang out and enjoy the outside space. Joseph was accommodating when we arrived a little early, and we just felt perfectly right at home!

Amazing vacation
I have to say this for sure is our favorite vacation so far. The place is beautiful, it has everything you need right there to make your vacation seem perfect. the place is just breathtaking. My husband enjoyed fishing in the creek and we both loved exploring the creek and woods around the property. Its close to Chattanooga if you want to site see, but you may not even want to leave the property - Sitting outside at night at the campfire was also amazing. The owners Joe & Sandy were great also..we enjoyed spending time with them during our vacation. Our two dogs probably enjoyed this vacation as much as we did also. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked our summer vacation here also. I highly recommend this place to anyone and we will be making this our vacation spot again and again.

The owner was nice. Down falls were, there was dog hair EVERYWHERE, and the inside had a weird STRONG odor.. I had it rented for 2 nights, but do to the dog hair and odor we all left and rented else where. Should have some sort of reimbursement.

Wonderful location
We had a great weekend here and wish we could have stayed longer. The property is amazing with a huge flat field, creek, bench. My family and dogs enjoyed running around the field. I did not go with them, but enjoyed watching. I have severe arthritis and 2 knee replacements. There are just a few steps to get into the home. The masterbed is comfortable. While I did not use the master tub, it does look like it would be easy to get in and out of with its half step. Joe responded to our only issue within minutes. He was so friendly and welcoming!

This place is amazing! The setting is so peaceful and beautiful. We really enjoyed sitting by the creek and relaxing. It was a wonderful place to be able to escape the business of life but be within a couple miles of major stores. We loved how close it was to Chatanooga. Would absolutely recommend this place!

The cottage is absolutely beautiful. Joe was the best ever!! He even called from Florida to check on us! We had an amazing time. Very refreshing, and we highly recommend staying here!!

A quiet and relaxing getaway
We enjoyed staying at the property. Everything as stated on the listed is accurate. Really enjoyed the covered porch in the mornings watching the sunrise as well as walking the property. Would visit the property again and recommend to others.

Relaxing Place to Decompress
Staying at this property was very relaxing. The house is comfortable and the back porch was great place to start your day listening to all the birds. If you are looking for a place to get away this is the place to go.

Stunning views of water
The house was clean and well stocked for cooking anything we needed. The pool table was a big bonus, but the absolute BEST part of this trip was the land and water directly on the property. We enjoyed fires at the fire pit next to the water. The owner checked on us daily (with his cute dog) and brought us fire wood or anything else we needed. We ended up not doing some of the things we had planned on doing in town just to come back to this rental earlier in the day and enjoy the outside space here. I cannot stress enough how beautiful the water and land is.

Peaceful and Relaxing
The property is beautiful and even though it feel very secluded, you are close to stores and restaurants. One suggestion - provide a "starter" kit of hotel-sized shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. Most cabin rentals provide this so we were unprepared the first night since we did expect this convenience.

Peaceful retreat
We had a really nice stay. House was nice, ac worked great (it was a hot week), my pups loved the big field and we played lots of pool! It's close enough to Chattanooga (do yourself a favor, take the back roads) to go there to enjoy a nice meal. And there are lovely walking trails nearby.
