Featuring 3 bedrooms, you will have plenty of space to rest after your outdoor adventures. Large primary bedroom outfitted with flat screen TV with Roku. Kids will love the bedroom with twin-over-full bunk beds.

Relax in the spacious living room featuring a flat screen SMART TV.

Open clean kitchen offers dining table and seating, full fridge and stove/oven.

Full bathroom with tub/shower combo is bright and newly updated.
Fire pit and gas grill. Skiers and Snowmobilers, rest assured the house has room for your gear!
Large entryway with locker hooks for hanging. Large parking area available for trailers and snowmobiles. Access to local snowmobile trails are 5 miles in either direction from the cottage, and would require trailering.

Great stay!
Perfect location between Ontonagan and the porcupine mtns. It was the perfect place to relax after hiking all day or visiting town. We also had a great time looking for yooperlites, unfortunatley we didnt find any but there is always next time!

A Porkies Stay
We had a great stay in a clean comfortable house. Everything we needed was there. It is a great location to see multiple sights locally and access the Lake Superior sandy beach.

Perfect location for the Porkies!
Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed hiking the Porkies, drove to Houghton for a day trip (very cool town), and looked for yooperlites at the beach (1/2 mile down the road). The cabin was clean and a welcoming place to come back to at the end of each day and Deb was a great host and very responsive and made great suggestions for activities in the area. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Spot!
A very nice house in an absolutely beautiful part of the state. Big public beach a half mile walk away, Ontonagon about 10 minutes away driving, and the Porcupine Mountains offer hundreds of choices for hiking. Next door neighbor is incredibly kind and the owners are quick to respond to any questions or needs.

We loved that this place had lots of outdoor activities and indoor activities for kids to do. The host had lots of ideas on a table laid out for us to check out and was available when and if we needed them. The neighbors are friendly and it’s a great location for many outdoor activities!

The cottage was just as pictured and very clean and well organized. The kitchen was well stocked, items easily found around the house, and a great selection of games to play. Our family certainly enjoyed the location next to the porcupine mountains as well!

Good location for Lake Superior Circle Guests
Enjoyed our stay at Porcupine Place as it was a good location to do many things in the area. Owner was wonderful in communication before and during our stay. Left us lots of great tips on sights/restaurants when we arrived as well. Only suggestion is to add a few more chairs in dining/kitchen area. Only had 4 chairs available and with 3 bedroom capacity, could have used a few more, but nothing we didn't adapt too! Thanks for the stay!

Very Nice!
This is a very nice place in a beautiful setting. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The location is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay but would have preferred to have blinds or curtains on the living room & kitchen windows as it didn't feel very private at night. Still, I would recommend.
