"Customer service excellent - front desk through to room through to staff at breakfast - all excellent. The rooms are a little tired and breakfast area and toilets are in need of refurb. The main hall is excellent, this hotel has a unique location and is very quirky inside - all it needs is a refurb in areas. Will definitely stay here again - staff wonderful, go above and beyond. The location is fantastic too. "

"This may not be a concern for everyone, but coming from a cooler climate, an air conditioned room for sleeping is highly desired. The air conditioning in our room was barely detectable. The rooms were quite spartan and a little disappointing considering what the room shown when we booked looked like, but the hotel has minimalist decor and we were just there to sleep and shower. Location was convenient and rooms were quiet and clean. Breakfast was nice."

Only criticism is the offer that the Augusta parking close by wouldn’t discounted by the hotel, so we paid 22 euros for 1 night, yet if we’d have paid the car park ourselves it would have been 23.80! Anyhow just a niggle, can’t fault the staff they were all lovely and the location is perfect. "

"I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! If given the chance I would definitely come back again. The staff is super friendly, there is a cafe/breakfast place downstairs next to the lobby that was super convenient. The food is absolutely delicious especially the cakes. The rooms were very clean & the beds were comfy. My favorite was that a lot of the places I wanted to visit were in close distance & transportation was very close by everywhere."
