"Granted, it was Saturday night and a full hotel. However, the upstairs room was so noisy, outside and in, that it required earplugs for sleep. Also, oddly, the room AC was mounted so high above the bathroom counter that it couldn’t be adjusted from high cool and the bed had only one thin blanket. And, the pillows!! Sofa pillows, hard as rocks— never experienced anything like that in 50 years of travel. Front desk lady was very nice, although short staffed. Suggesting a makeover for this place....

"From start to finish the experience was a 10/10. The house has everything you’ll need and then some. It’s spacious, modern, and very comfortable. We were there for a wedding and I baked some cookies, I had brought my own rolling pen, but they had one. The oven was worked great. We had some changes along the way and every request was nicely accompanied. The response to any question was quickly answered. Beds were comfy, linens were nice, wifi was great, back yard is adorable and very kid...
