"We had a great experience. The bed was comfy, amazing view for sunrise, water pressure in the shower was great and stayed nice and hot. The staff was super nice. The whole set up was super cute, warm and welcoming. The cookies, oh the cookies 😍so so good! Breakfast was also delicious! "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Delano Homestead Bed & Breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable, extremely clean, and relaxing. Tracy and Paul were so friendly and welcoming. This was the perfect place for a weekend away. "

"Enjoy a flashback to one of many old Victorian houses I used to live in. Love the books by authors the rooms are named after. Nice twist. I loved that the family works there. "

"Firstly we’d like to say that the photos do not do the property justice. The place is in a lovely setting surrounded by Cranberry Ponds. Peace and tranquility reigns here, and it’s the ideal bolt-hole when if you’ve been out and about all day, you can unwind with a beverage and watch the sun go down and the wildlife frolic. "We arrived at the inn at 5pm and were told there was no electricity due to the storm the day before. The power had been off for 14 hours at that time. We came back after dinner and there was still no power. I'm sympathetic to their plight, but If the owners had told us about this many hours sooner we would have had time to find another place to stay, but by then we stopped at two places that were fully booked and finally decided to drive back to our home in Boston."

"This was our 3rd time at John Carver. Reception was excellent. The location is awesome, under 10 minute walk to the waterfront, and shopping, dining, breweries and entertainment. Our room was clean and quiet. But walking down the corridor about 10:30 at night, some rooms with kids were very loud for that time of night and I was thankful we weren’t adjacent to them. The inn has an indoor pool, so there was a very strong smell of chlorine in the public areas, but not our room. Nice recessed lighting in the room, mini frig and a keurig. Plus CJs restaurant is accessible via an indoor hall from the hotel. Bed comfy enough, good water pressure in shower. HVAC system good as well. "
