The kitchen was well equipped, the lounge and bedroom comfortable and the outside garden space a lovely place to relax. The town is very pretty with lovely riverside walks and opportunities for fishing. There were plenty of cafes, small shops and an excellent supermarket nearby. Living next door, the host was very helpful. The area itself was great for walking, picnics, fishing and we found different places to go...

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay here for 1 week. It is a beautiful property in a quiet, peaceful location. You can often see deer in the field. Kitchen is well stocked. Nice big bathtub to relax in. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. The owners are very friendly and we had great communication throughout our stay. We highly recommend!"

"Our four night stay was very comfortable. We were waiting to sign the completion on the property we bought also in Le Bas Segala. Cosy little gite with a super pellet stove which worked well. Marie Ange and Alain were very helpful and made us very welcome. Very good overall for what we needed, a warm comfy place to stay for a few nights. Would recommend."

Les enfants ont apprécié également pouvoir aller voir les animaux (lapins, dindons, anes, vaches... et petits chatons dans le jardin !). Bon accueil des propriétaires qui sont très gentils, et nous ont offert des légumes/fruits fraichement cueillis de leur potager !"

Et oui les aléas des loueurs qui multiplient les inscriptions auprès de X plateformes et qui ne gèrent pas leurs calendriers. "Malcolm and Vivian where very welcoming and helpful. The views are amazing and the location is very peaceful. The house is beautiful and quirky, although if you like to cook for yourselves, the kitchen is a little short on utensils. We improvised! We had a problem with the cooker and Malcolm had it replaced the next day! We would definitely stay again."
